For example, Caesar, the leader of the ape tribe, was once just an ordinary chimpanzee.

But because his mother was injected with a special drug during pregnancy, Caesar was born with intelligence far beyond that of normal chimpanzees—on par with humans.

He could even speak.

Then, two years ago in 2011, Caesar led an uprising and took control of Muir Woods National Monument in San Francisco.

In response, the Monarch Organization established Outpost No. 11 at Muir Woods and officially classified Caesar as the first man-made monster.

There are others too—three mutated beasts: George, an albino gorilla; Ralph, a flying wolf; and Lizzie, a giant crocodile.

They were transformed after accidentally ingesting experimental drugs from a genetic company.

A year ago, in 2012, they rampaged through Chicago, causing massive destruction.

After the chaos, the three beasts vanished without a trace.

Monarch still hasn't located them.

These examples show one thing clearly: humans cannot control the monsters they create.

And in the end, we always pay the price.

As I said before, the only lesson humanity has ever learned from history is that we never learn from history.

Somewhere, even now, people are still secretly developing and breeding artificial monsters.

The emergence of this male Indominus Rex is just another bloody reminder.

The tragedy has already happened.

It's too late for warnings.

All Monarch can do now is step in, contain the damage, and monitor these creatures in real time.

Ichiro Serizawa immediately drafted a handwritten application to the Monarch leadership, requesting the establishment of an outpost near Isla Nublar to study and monitor the male Indominus Rex.

He named the creature Miraluz.

"Mira" stands for destiny. "Luz" represents origin.

Together, they mean "the origin of destiny."

Miraluz is believed to be the legendary ancestor of ancient dragons, also known as the White Dragon.

His body is covered in silver-white scales that gleam like sunlight.

He has massive wings that symbolize both destruction and divinity, a glittering crown atop two pairs of horns, and his presence is always marked by a solar eclipse.

Wherever he appears, life is taken equally—without mercy.

Three days have passed since the rampage at Jurassic World.

Incidents like this have become common. Every year, it seems, some new mutant creature attacks a city.

People are slowly becoming desensitized.

As usual, public attention faded quickly.

Only Monarch continues to keep watch on Isla Nublar.

The leadership approved Ichiro Serizawa's request and began preparing the resources to establish Outpost No. 13—not on Nublar itself, but on Isla Sorna, its neighboring island.

Monarch assigns outpost numbers based on the year a monster is discovered.

Since this is happening in 2013, the new base will be Outpost No. 13.

Isla Sorna is the sister island to Isla Nublar. Back in the days of Jurassic Park, the entire project was divided into two areas.

Area A was Isla Nublar—designed for tourism, covering about 56.98 square kilometers.

Area B was Isla Sorna—used for research, development, and dinosaur breeding.

It spans roughly 113.96 square kilometers, making it far larger than Nublar.

However, after the opening of Jurassic World under the Masrani Global Corporation, Isla Sorna was abandoned.

Most of its dinosaurs had already been relocated to Isla Nublar to serve as exhibits in Jurassic World.

Only a few were left behind.

Now, with no caretakers or infrastructure, Sorna has become a deserted island—left to nature and the survival instincts of its remaining inhabitants.

----------------

On this day, several Black Hawk helicopters from Monarch slowly descended toward Isla Sorna.

Their mission: to scout a suitable observation site and pinpoint the location for Outpost No. 13.

Once the area was secured and mapped, engineering teams would follow to begin construction.

Meanwhile, on Isla Nublar...

After driving all humans off the island, Jack began reorganizing the dinosaur population of Jurassic World.

The first issue he had to address was food.

Without human-provided resources, the dinosaurs now had to fend for themselves.

Carnivorous species under the Jurassic Alliance naturally turned to hunting the herbivores—but Jack knew that unchecked predation would quickly lead to the collapse of the ecosystem.

A sustainable approach was needed: conserve and expand.

Conservation meant hunting only in moderation—allowing the herbivores to reproduce and repopulate naturally.

To support this, Jack led the carnivores in herding all herbivorous dinosaurs—Triceratops, Ankylosaurs, Parasaurolophus, Pachycephalosaurs, Stegosaurus, Brachiosaurs, and Gallimimus—northward, into the forests and grasslands of Nublar's northern region.

That area offered vast wilderness, fresh water, and abundant plant life—a sanctuary ideal for their survival and breeding.

Jack then enforced regulated hunting times, allowing carnivores to hunt only at designated intervals, ensuring the balance between predator and prey remained stable.

Expansion, on the other hand, meant looking beyond the island for new food sources—especially the rich marine life surrounding Nublar.

Jack favored this open-source strategy.

After all, gathering more food—and hunting frequently—meant earning more gene points, a crucial resource for his continued evolution and power.

But there was another pressing issue: the future.

According to the timeline from the Jurassic series, Isla Nublar's dormant volcano is destined to erupt in a few years—bringing total devastation.

When that time comes, every dinosaur on the island will be in danger.

Jack knows he must act now. He needs to find a new habitat—one that can ensure the survival of his kind before the inevitable eruption arrives.

Location: The top floor of the Central Control Building.

The highest point in Jurassic World had now become Jack's personal nest.

Standing atop the Central Control Building, he opened his simulator panel as usual, ready to allocate his hard-earned gene points.

His focus remained the same—continually increasing his strength.

[Brachiosaurus Gene: "Giant Body LV1" upgraded to LV2 — body length increased to 22 meters, weight reached 80 tons.]

["Giant Body LV2" upgraded to LV3 — body length increased to 25 meters, weight reached 150 tons.]

["Giant Body LV3" upgraded to LV4 — body length increased to 27 meters, weight reached 300 tons.]

["Giant Body LV4" upgraded to LV5 — body length increased to 30 meters, weight reached 500 tons.]

["Giant Body LV5" has evolved into: "Infinite Growth LV1 (0/1000)" — the body can now surpass all previous size limits and continue to grow indefinitely.]

Jack poured all the gene points he had accumulated over the past few days into his Brachiosaurus gene chain. Size meant power, and power was survival.

"ROAR—!!"

With a deafening roar, Jack's body began to grow once more—this time, at a speed visible to the naked eye.

His massive primary heart, supported by several auxiliary hearts, pounded with thunderous force. His scales, muscles, bones, wings, and internal organs all expanded rapidly, evolving in sync.

By the time the transformation stabilized, Jack had become a true titan:

[Body length: 30 meters]

[Height: 15 meters]

[Wingspan: Nearly 100 meters]

[Weight: 500 tons]

He had officially surpassed the blue whale—the largest known animal to have ever lived on Earth.
