"Your world is about to change." A voice whispered to me. I turned around but everywhere was dark and I couldn't make anything or anyone out.

"Who is there?" I called out into the darkness.

"I'm a friend Arin, no need to be frightened." The soft voice called out to me.

"What do you want with me?" I questioned, my senses on high alert as I could feel the person moving around me in circles.

"I don't want anything from you. I'm here to help you." The woman revealed and my brows furrowed in confusion.

"Help me?" I asked.

Another vision hit me like a truck and the world burst into white-hot pain. I noticed Kael's corpse lying on the broken stones of the Moonwell. There is blood all over. As Thanatos laughed over his corpse, his green eyes were fixed on nothing.


"NO!" I jerked back to reality and screamed. It felt like liquid fire coursing through my veins, but my hands were glowing with purification power once more.


"You must stop, Arin!" I fell, and Rowan caught me by the shoulders. "You're killing yourself!"


However, I was unable to stop. I kept having terrible visions every time I closed my eyes. Jaxon's deranged grin while murdering defenseless pack members. The Moonwell is becoming as dark as tar. I watched helplessly as everyone I cared about died.


I fought the visions and gasped, "The red stone."


"Find the red stone, Malik said. It is needed to stop Thanatos's weapon."
