Chapter 14 - THE FINAL CONFRONTATION

Sarah's heart was racing as she stared at Emily's black eyes. She didn't know what to do, or what was happening. Was Emily still possessed, or was this some kind of side effect of the spell?

As she watched, Emily's eyes began to change, shifting from black to a deep, piercing blue. Sarah felt a sense of relief wash over her, thinking that maybe the spell had worked after all.

But then Emily spoke, her voice low and menacing. "I'm not going anywhere," she said. "I'm here to stay."

Sarah's blood ran cold. She knew that she was facing the entity, and she knew that she had to be strong. She stood tall, looking Emily straight in the eye.

"I won't let you win," she said, her voice firm. "I'll do whatever it takes to save my daughter."

The entity laughed, a cold, mirthless sound. "You can't save her," it said. "She's mine now."

Sarah felt a surge of anger and determination. She knew that she couldn't give up, not now. She reached deep within herself, finding a strength she didn't know she had.

With a fierce cry, she launched herself at the entity, determined to drive it out of Emily's body once and for all. The entity howled in response, but Sarah didn't back down.

The battle was intense, with both sides fighting for control. But in the end, it was Sarah's love and determination that proved to be too much for the entity.

With a final, defeated cry, the entity was banished from Emily's body, leaving her limp and exhausted in Sarah's arms.

Sarah held her daughter close, tears of relief streaming down her face. She had done it. She had saved Emily.

As she looked into Emily's eyes, she saw that they had returned to their normal blue. Emily smiled up at her, and Sarah knew that she was finally free from the entity's grasp.

But as she looked deeper into Emily's eyes, Sarah saw something that gave her pause. A glimmer of recognition, a sense of knowing that seemed to go beyond her years.

Sarah's heart skipped a beat. What had the entity done to Emily while it was inside her? Had it left any lasting effects?

As she looked at her daughter, Sarah knew that she would never let her out of her sight again. She would protect her with every fiber of her being, and she would make sure that nothing like this ever happened again.

The battle may be over, but Sarah knew that the war was far from won. She would be vigilant, always watching and waiting, ready to defend her daughter against any threat that might arise.

And as she held Emily close, she knew that she would do whatever it took to keep her safe, no matter what the future held.
