To be honest, she wasn't too keen on going. She couldn't shake the feeling—maybe it was something Daisy Sanchez had said last time—that there was more to it. Most importantly, she always felt there was a special connection between Alex and Daisy.
She didn't want to see Sylvia Byrne's friends lose touch with her, but she also didn't want to get caught up in their drama.
