" Alright. I won't save her. In exchange for your life, I will spare your sister's. You just need to sign the contract."
Zyloth brought the contract for their deal. The contract had three sections. The last section stated about the penalty if one of them broke the contract. The penalty depended upon the severity of how they broke the contract.
The last section:
Level 1 severity = The penalty is given based on the severity of what one of parties has done which might led to cancel the contract.
Level 2 severity = The contract is broken based on what one of the party has done. The contract would be breached and no party will benefit from it.
Level 3 severity = Both parties die if both of
them broke the contract.
Taen read the last section. Taen didn't actually mind the last section. He was ready to die. He summoned Zyloth. Therefore he had already seen his end. He came here to die. His last wish was for his sister to be safe. That was it. The end of it all.
On the contract Zyloth's sign was already there so he quickly signed the contract.
As soon as he signed the contract, Taen's mind went blank. The only thing he could see was a ray of white light. He felt his end coming to him slowly as Zyloth exited his dimension of total darkness.
His species name was actually Zyloth. His real name was something else, the same as the diamond's name. It was Serevyn. It meant the angel which was Severed. In his case right now, it meant that the Zyloth had severed his ties from heaven or maybe the heavens had first severed their ties with him.
Zyloth appeared in the outside world. The dimension where he existed as a useless and worthless stone but the people of this dimension still gave him more importance even as a stone.
He appeared in front of Fiere who was still figuring out what to do. Her condition didn't look good. Her temperament had changed from 'the happy and cheerful' to 'serious'. Her facial expression went from an innocent faced to a frown. Her expression turned serious.
That was the only way to describe her at that moment. Her eyes looked like she could faint any moment but still looked like she could keep going, fighting until the end.
Fiere didn't know what to do. Her step brother turns out to be her teammate who then betrays the country she serves but then she realised that she didn't even belong to that country. This was a shock to her. Her memories were rushing to her mind like a fountain of water had rushed to her mind and in front of her was a monster ,who didn't quite look like a monster, was approaching her slowly like he had seen a rare being which he wanted to capture and put her in his special collection of rare animals.
She immediately pulled herself together. She saw the being and remembered something her mother told her. 'This being is called Zyloth.' This sentence wandered in her mind and all the information which her mother told her came rushing in her mind with her memories.
She stood there for a second then moved and rushed towards the being called Zyloth. She pointed her duel guns at the Zyloth and took out the blades which hid at the other side of her hand, covered by her sleeve. She ran faster than she ever had, at the Zyloth and attacked.
As she shot her gun aimed at the Zyloth and closed the gap between them, she again attacked him with her blades which looked like knives. As she attacked him, she felt the difference between their powers. Her powers were yet to be awakened but she was still powerful even without her supernatural powers which were yet to be awakened.
She jumped back because she knew Zyloth was on a different level in terms of powers between them. She clearly couldn't defeat him so she thought she should continue her role as a distraction. She could distract the being while Alyen escapes with the hostages.
"You look capable, but not as capable as I want my host to be."
Zyloth said with an authoritative but soft tone, his voice deep.
"Your brother's last wish was to let you live, escape while you still can, it's a chance which a person who just attacked me can never get"
, his tone had a sense of warning.
