Darkness. That was all Alex Walker could see. While he was returning home after shopping for groceries, a truck hit him.
'Will I get isekai'd'
Alex thought jokingly. But then a blinding light covered his vision. And then came the pain.
"Fuck"
While cursing, Alex opened his eyes and he found himself lying on a huge soft bed.
"What the hell, did I really get isekai'd"
Suddenly a translucent violet screen materialised in front of him.

Alex blinked his eyes, checking whether he was dreaming or not. He then turned his head and looked around the room. The room was extremely luxurious and filled with expensive furniture.
He then looked at his own reflection. He had black hair, with grey eyes.
"I really got reincarnated into a different world"
Alex muttered with a dazed look
He then again looked at the system interface.
"I …..accept"
[Congratulations host, you have been chosen as the player. Your powers have awakened]
With the system notification, his surroundings fell into complete darkness.

"Young Master, wake up"
Alex opened his eyes and looked at the individual wearing a butler attire calling him. He was an old man with deep wrinkles on his face.
He didn't know who this person was, but seeing how he was calling him young master, he could guess who he was.
"What happened"
"Young Master, your mother is calling you for dinner"
Alex's heart leapt in his chest. He wanted to avoid meeting anyone for a while. He wanted to first gather information about the world.
But now he doesn't have any choice.
"Okay wait outside, I am coming."
"As you wish, young master"
The old butler quickly left the room leaving Alex alone. He stood up and quickly changed his clothes.
He left the room, and the butler then guided him to the dining room.
