Hearing that shrill voice, Selina's heart skipped a beat as she drifted her attention there. Her eyes widened in utter shock and disbelief at seeing the man standing in front of her door.
Everyone in the corridor gasps.
"I knew it. I've always suspected she'd be the one,"
"I hope my belongings are safe," the maids murmured among themselves.
Stella pretentiously wore a shocking expression. "Why is my necklace in your room?"
"I..I didn't take it. I remember I left it in your room and how it ended up in my room—" she stammered, trying to understand what was happening but her mind went blank.
"We took pity on you, but you've already betrayed us by stealing from us." Stella snapped, glaring at Selina. "Get hold of her. I'll teach her the outcome of stealing from a Cassius,"
Selina instinctively took a step back with her body screaming to flee but her fierce yet innocent spirit grounded her there until the men reached her.
