Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Drawing Chaos Begins

"Drawing Chaos Begins"

The rooftop was calm, with the soft sound of leaves rustling in the wind. Naruto sat cross-legged, pretending to listen to Kakashi's introduction.

"My name is Kakashi Hatake," Kakashi said lazily, not even bothering to look up from his orange book. "I have no intention of telling you my likes or dislikes. My dreams for the future? Hm... And as for my hobbies, well—"

"Reading Icha Icha," Naruto blurted out, cutting him off.

Sakura gasped. "Naruto! That's so rude!"

Even Sasuke raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued by Naruto's sudden confidence.

But Kakashi simply blinked, looking mildly impressed. "Huh. Lucky guess."

Naruto grinned, though on the inside, he was barely holding it together. His Earth memories were blending with his ninja instincts, and it was hard not to blurt out things only a hardcore fan would know.

"Alright," Kakashi continued, his tone still bored. "Now it's your turn. Introduce yourselves."

The introductions passed in a blur—Naruto boasting about becoming Hokage, Sakura fawning over Sasuke, and Sasuke delivering his usual edgy monologue about revenge. Naruto couldn't help but snicker to himself, knowing exactly how each of these stories would play out.

When Kakashi finally dismissed them for the day, Naruto sprinted back to his tiny apartment. He slammed the door behind him, breathing hard.

"Alright, System. Let's do this."

The glowing menu popped up in his mind again, waiting.

[System Menu]

Skills

Inventory

Quests

He tapped "Quests," and the current task appeared.

Quest: Publish "Naruto Vol. 1" within three days.

Reward: Chakra Control +5, Gag Reflex skill unlocked.

Naruto grinned. "Piece of cake. I remember every panel of the manga."

Next, he opened "Skills" and activated Trace Memory. A warm sensation filled his fingertips, and before he knew it, a blank scroll appeared in his hand, along with a perfect set of ink and brushes.

System Tip: Trace Memory allows you to replicate any work from memory with precision. Adjustments can be made using your imagination.

Naruto grabbed the brush, his hand moving almost on its own. The first panel appeared—a drawing of young Naruto, standing in front of the Hokage Monument, with the title written boldly above:

"Naruto: The Untold Chronicle"

"Man, this looks good," Naruto muttered, staring at the clean lines and sharp details.

For the next few hours, Naruto worked tirelessly, replicating the events of his first academy days. His encounter with Iruka-sensei, the failed Shadow Clone Jutsu, stealing the Scroll of Seals—it all flowed perfectly onto the page.

By the time he finished, the scroll contained fifty pages of action-packed art and dialogue.

Naruto wiped the sweat from his brow. "Done! Now... how do I get this out into the world?"

The System chimed again:

New Ability Unlocked:

Distribute Copies – Create identical reproductions of your work and distribute them to a targeted audience.

Naruto's grin widened. "Perfect."

The Next Morning

Naruto strolled through the bustling streets of Konoha, his arms loaded with freshly copied manga scrolls. He dropped one off at Ichiraku Ramen, another at the Academy's entrance, and even slipped one into the Hokage Tower's mailbox.

By noon, whispers had started spreading.

"Did you see this?" one villager asked, holding up a scroll.

"It's like a story about the kid with the whisker marks!"

"I heard it's a prophecy!"

Naruto ducked behind a fruit stand, watching as more and more people gathered to read. His heart raced with excitement—and a bit of panic.

Chaos Ensues

By evening, the whole village was buzzing. At the training grounds, Kakashi stood with Team 7, holding a scroll in one hand and his usual orange book in the other.

"Is this... supposed to be you, Naruto?" Kakashi asked, pointing to the cover.

Naruto scratched the back of his head, feigning ignorance. "Eh? What's that? I've never seen it before in my life!"

Sakura grabbed the scroll and flipped through it, her eyes narrowing. "This is way too detailed to be a coincidence. Who drew this?"

Naruto held his breath, trying not to sweat under their scrutiny.

Sasuke smirked. "Whoever it is, they've got guts."

Kakashi shrugged, tucking the scroll into his pocket. "Well, it's... interesting. But let's focus on training for now."

Naruto exhaled in relief.

But as they began their drills, he couldn't help but notice Hinata watching him from a distance, clutching a copy of the manga to her chest. Her face was redder than a tomato.

Naruto grinned to himself. Looks like this is gonna be more fun than I thought.
