Chapter 2 - Skizofrenia.

The next morning, they woke up early to get ready for school. After preparing, they headed straight there.

The orphanage wasn't too far, so they could walk.

Everything was fine at first. Halilintar and Solar chatted, joked around—until they reached the school gates.

But the moment they stepped into the hallway, the atmosphere shifted. Students around them stared, whispering. No—more accurately, they were only looking at Solar.

Their murmurs reached both twins' ears, some deliberately loud.

Not a single word was kind—only insults hurled at Solar for beating Halilintar yesterday.

Solar couldn't take it. A shrill ringing filled his ears, pain searing through his skull.

He clamped his hands over them and ran, shoving past anyone in his way.

He just wanted to disappear—to escape the taunts echoing in his mind.

Freak. Psycho. Mental patient.

Tears streamed down his face.

Yes, he'd done those things—but not by choice. Explaining was pointless. So he fled.

He finally reached a place no one else would go: the rooftop.

Off-limits, with no guardrails. Dangerously open.

Solar stepped to the edge, wiping his tears as he gazed at the buildings below.

"Hey… Don't do anything stupid—" Halilintar's voice, tense with fear.

"Go away, Halilintar. Let's end this delusion."

"What are you talking about?!"

"Enough! I should've realized sooner…"

"Solar—"

"I'm too unlucky to have a twin like you. What they say about me… that I'm insane? It's true."

A pause. Solar stared at the horizon, tears falling freely.

"After Mom and Dad left, I was alone. So I created you—an imaginary friend."

"Let's end this. No more hoping my cursed life will change."

Goodbye, beautiful world. Thanks for having me, even if no one wanted me.

Mom, Dad—thanks for bringing me into this world… even if you threw me away.

Sorry. I couldn't do this alone.

He jumped from the school's highest point—fifteen meters up.

For a split second, he saw students below panic as he fell.

The view during his descent was still breathtaking. Don't worry, he thought. The world won't change just because I'm gone.

It'll be fine without me. No one will mourn. No one ever cared.

I'm Solar.

My story's the same as before—except I never had a twin. Halilintar was my imagination.

I had narcissistic personality disorder… and schizophrenia. I couldn't tell fantasy from reality.

That's why they called me a lunatic. Why they mocked me for talking, laughing, crying "alone."

Every time I tried to make friends, they'd sneer: "Psycho." They bullied me.

Even Gempa, Taufan, and Blaze? They only pretended to care—to humiliate me further.

Now, I'm free.

My skull shattered on concrete. Hysterical screams faded as my heart stopped.

No more disorders. No more insults. No more pain.

I'm free.

I don't regret it. Everything in this world is ephemeral—nothing lasts.

I was born loved.

I'll die scarred.

Because their love…

…was never meant to stay.
