Movie Title: Thug into A Hitman
Valarasan, a 16-year-old boy from the town of Tuticorin, lives with his poor mother who is suffering from cancer. With medical treatment requiring 40 lakhs and his father's death by suicide due to unpaid loans, Valarasan is forced to quit his studies and seek money. Desperate, he approaches a local thug, Manickam, for a job. Initially mocked, Valarasan shocks everyone by offering to kill Palanivel, a righteous police commissioner who had shut down Manickam's illegal liquor factory, in exchange for 30 lakhs.
Manickam agrees and sends two of his men with Valarasan. The next day, Valarasan tricks the commissioner into following him into a forest under the pretense of helping his mother. There, the thugs assassinate the commissioner. With the plan executed flawlessly, Manickam pays Valarasan's debts and offers him a permanent position in his gang with a monthly salary of ₹35,000. Valarasan lies to his mother, claiming he works in a furniture shop.
As the years go by, Valarasan proves to be a skilled and loyal thug. He completes dangerous missions, including stealing a tender property worth 2 crores. After four years, his mother is on her deathbed. Wracked with guilt, Valarasan confesses his life of crime. She dies heartbroken, telling him he became exactly what she feared.
Haunted by guilt, Valarasan decides to leave the underworld. He visits Manickam to resign, but before he can speak, Manickam informs him that Dubai gangsters are selecting elite thugs for international missions. If he was selected, he would earn ₹2 lakhs per mission and receive a 5 crore advance. Greedy once more, Valarasan agrees and is assigned a personal trainer—an ex-hitman.
Six months later, Valarasan becomes a master marksman, especially with sniper rifles. He gets selected by the Jin Woo gang in Dubai, who are known to operate ethically within the crime world. However, Valarasan learns that Manickam has stolen his 5 crore advance. Angry and regretful, Valarasan vows to one day destroy Manickam's empire.
His first international mission takes him to Russia to assassinate rival gangster Saha. Instead of using a sniper, Valarasan infiltrates Saha's meeting dressed as a gangster. He tricks Saha into stepping outside, where a timed sniper trap—set by Valarasan hours earlier—executes him. Jin Woo is amazed and begins trusting Valarasan with major missions.
Over the next two years, Valarasan becomes an elite hitman, known as "The Ghost." Yet, he refuses missions from corrupt gangsters. Finally, he requests 3 months' leave to return to Tuticorin and take revenge on Manickam.
On his flight back, he meets a woman named Parvathy. She is charming and curious about Valarasan, but he remains distant. After landing, he finds out she's staying near his hotel. Ignoring this, he begins collecting evidence against Manickam.
Posing as an old ally, Valarasan gathers incriminating data on Manickam's industries. Manickam demands 20 crores from him, claiming it's owed for his upbringing. Valarasan pretends to agree while working in the background to expose him.
Eventually, he's caught recording evidence by a thug and kills him in self-defense. Manickam grows suspicious. When confronted, Valarasan pulls a gun, forces Manickam into a forest, and shoots him after a heartfelt confrontation about his mother and the commissioner's murder.
Planning to return to Russia, Valarasan is stopped when Parvathy proposes to him. She confesses her love, and they spend time together. On the last day before his departure, they marry secretly in a church. But Valarasan is emotional as he boards the flight.
The next day, he returns to Tuticorin, telling Parvathy he will quit his job after one last mission. She invites him to a candlelight dinner. But when he arrives, Manickam's remaining thugs have Parvathy at gunpoint. Valarasan defeats them in brutal hand-to-hand combat.
Parvathy then reveals a heartbreaking twist—she is Palanivel's daughter. She became a police commissioner to find her father's killer. She staged the thug attack to catch Valarasan in the act. With tears, she has him arrested.
Valarasan, broken but accepting his fate, is sent to Madras Central Jail. Two months later, Jin Woo learns of his arrest and uses his influence to release him for one final mission. Valarasan refuses, citing his emotional trauma. Jin Woo threatens to kill Parvathy if he doesn't comply.
Reluctantly, Valarasan accepts. But instead of completing the assassination of a CBI head, he betrays Jin Woo. During a confrontation, Valarasan reveals he informed the police about Jin Woo's location and illegal dealings. Police storm the hideout and arrest Jin Woo and his thugs.
Final Scene: As Jin Woo is taken away in handcuffs, Valarasan watches silently. Though scarred, he finally feels free from the chains of guilt and crime.He went straight to Tuticorin to Parvathy 's house he begged her for forgiveness but she refused to live with a hitman . Atlast he walked away alone in the sunshine not as thug not as a hitman as a man who lost everything because of his greediness ...
