"THE BED SCENE"
The moment all three of them fell onto Justin's hospital bed, the positions ended up like this:
Jonathan lying in the center,
Justin tucked on Jonathan's right side,
Amber resting on Jonathan's left.
And their faces… far too close.
Jonathan and Amber's eyes met.
For a second—
Time stopped.
The world blurred.
The hospital noise faded.
Only their heartbeats remained.
A soft, warm feeling spread through the air, like an invisible love soundtrack was playing around them.
Amber's eyes softened.
Jonathan forgot how to breathe.
They were lost in a world they once shared, a world that had gone silent for ten long years.
Meanwhile—
Justin watched both of them quietly.
He could feel something between them.
Something warm.
Something he didn't understand…
But it made him happy.
He had no idea the woman holding his father's heart…
was also the woman who gave birth to him.
---
Silence… until Justin's tiny voice broke it
Justin: "Umm… I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make us fall." 😅
The spell shattered.
Jonathan blinked rapidly.
Amber cleared her throat and sat up quickly.
She gently picked Justin up from Jonathan's side, helping Jonathan sit upright.
But the moment Amber held Justin in her arms—
Something inside her snapped back to life.
Her memories rushed in.
The very first time she held him.
His tiny fingers.
His newborn cry.
Her promise to protect him.
Her expression softened, glowing.
Amber: 🥰
Her heart whispered:
My baby…
Justin felt it too.
A strange warmth spread through his chest—peaceful, familiar, safe.
He leaned into her naturally, without thinking.
Justin: 🥰
His heart whispered:
Why does this feel like home…?
Amber's thoughts, however, were less peaceful.
Amber (internally):
He's so light… Is he eating properly?
Jonathan—if you haven't been feeding him well, I swear I'll knock your head off. 😤
Jonathan stood up from the bed, stretching his back.
He reached out to take Justin from her—
But the moment Jonathan's hand touched Justin's shoulder…
Justin immediately wrapped his arms around Amber's neck tighter.
Not letting go.
Not even a little.
Amber froze.
Jonathan froze.
Justin held her like a child terrified of losing something he just found.
The room went silent again.
And in that silence—
Jonathan and Amber looked at each other.
In that look, one undeniable truth reflected clearly:
This is our child.
And this is what he needed all along.
Amber smiled softly.
Jonathan's chest tightened with emotion.
Justin hugged her even tighter.
Amber: 🥰
Jonathan: 😍
Justin: 🥰
Three hearts.
One family.
Reconnecting without even knowing it fully.
