Due to the Rule restrictions of this Match, the Battle Phase to Attack Monsters and Duelists cannot be entered until the fourth Turn, which would be Chumley's next Turn. Simply increasing (Sanga of the Thunder)'s Attack would be useless.
If Chumley had Summoned other Monsters, it would be one thing, but with (V-Z - Union Armored Hovercraft) on his Field, Chumley could Banish a Card freely Once per turn. Even if the (Sanga of the Thunder) on Dox's Field had infinite Attack, it would be useless, as it had no Effect Resistance.
