Chapter 64 - Lightless Hell (Bonus)

After the initial few were killed, their souls were absorbed by Tendou Kisara.

However, for high-ranking officials like Tendou Kikishiro, and especially for men like Hozuki Takuto—who took pleasure in torturing and killing the Cursed Children—their souls were automatically drawn into the black cube held by the Heavenly Judge, OAA.

This was a rule Yuki had established for this world.

Anyone who died would have their soul directly returned to the black cube, condemned to the Lightless Hell for punishment.

This prevented the guilty from attempting to escape their torment through suicide.

As for why Tendou Kisara didn't absorb souls like her grandfather's… she simply didn't want to let them off that easily. True revenge was letting them suffer for all eternity within that endless darkness.

She applied the same principle to the rest of the Tendou family.

She tracked down every last one of them, including her own brother, Tendou Kazumitsu.

Anyone involved in the old conspiracy against her family was executed on the spot, their souls cast into the Lightless Hell.

Those unrelated to her past grievances, she left alone—let them live or die on their own; the Heavenly Judge would deal with them in time.

When it was all over, Tendou Kisara stepped out of the Tendou estate, a long-awaited, relieved smile finally gracing her lips.

She looked up at the sky, as if telling her parents: It's done. Everyone who wronged you has been sent to suffer.

"Time to go back."

"Maybe if I… put in a little more effort tonight, Lord Yuki might grant me the Awakening."

A faint blush colored her cheeks as a shy thought crossed her mind. With a powerful leap, she shot into the sky, heading toward the battleship above.

While Tendou Kisara was still wrapping up her vengeance…

Yuki was already welcoming another visitor.

Seated on his throne, Yuki glanced down at the young girl kneeling before him.

"Rise," he said calmly.

She obeyed, lifting her head slowly.

Standing before him was a beauty in a furisode kimono, with long, flowing black hair—Shishioh Miju, the daughter of the chairman of Shishioh Heavy Industries, the world's largest weapons manufacturer.

Her purpose in seeking out Yuki was, naturally, to beg for a place in the new world.

"I already know why you're here," Yuki stated. "To be honest, you didn't need to ask. I know your past—you never abused the Cursed Children."

A slight smile touched Shishioh Miju's lips upon hearing this.

"I am aware of that, my lord. But… it is for my family that I plead."

It was clear she was here to beg mercy for those behind her.

Though she herself was clean, a corporation as large as hers inevitably harbored some rotten elements. She hoped to plead on their behalf.

Yuki, however, shook his head.

"Abandon any hope for them."

"The moment they committed atrocities against those children, cause and effect was set. Time itself has recorded their deeds."

"They must be punished."

"Besides, even if you saved them, they would be of little use to you."

"Use this chance to cleanse your house. Keep only those who are truly worthy."

Yuki explained patiently.

After listening, Shishioh Miju nodded in acceptance.

In truth, she had only come to try her luck—she never held much hope to begin with.

"I understand."

Shishioh Miju nodded. Since she couldn't save them, she let them go. They had sown the wind; now they would reap the whirlwind.

"Now that business is concluded, Lord Yuki… might we discuss something more personal?"

A bright, clever smile played on her lips as she slowly opened her iron fan.

"You wish to know more about me?"

"As you can see, I'm right here. Observe all you like."

Yuki shrugged. He knew full well the depth of her curiosity about him.

"Merely looking isn't enough. I was hoping… I could stay by your side for a while. To observe more closely."

She smiled charmingly. To be honest, Yuki was the most compelling man she had ever met. No one else even came close.

"And why should I allow you to stay by my side?"

Yuki countered.

In an instant, Miju's expression shifted dramatically, a feigned sob catching in her throat.

"Could it be… that Lord Yuki won't even grant me this one small wish?"

"After all my heartfelt admiration for you…"

"If I'm rejected so utterly, what face do I have left to go on living? I might as well just… just…"

Sob sob sob~

She hid half her face behind her fan, pretending to cry.

Yuki felt a metaphorical sweatdrop form on his brow.

This woman… she's so dramatic, he thought to himself.

In the end, he let her have her way, allowing her to stay.

It's worth noting that in this changed world, the original self-righteous protagonist, Rentarou Satomi, had never been born.

When Seitenshi saw the arrival of Shishioh Miju, the two greeted each other with smiles and light conversation. Clearly, the Seitenshi was familiar with the heiress of the massive Shishioh Heavy Industries conglomerate, and they quickly fell into easy chatter.

As for Enju Aihara and the others, they also got along harmoniously with the new arrival.

That is, until Tendou Kisara returned.

The moment Kisara came back and intimately wrapped her arms around Yuki's, the atmosphere in the room instantly froze.

The Seitenshi's gaze subtly hardened, locked onto the hand clinging to Yuki's arm. Over to the side, Enju Aihara stamped her foot in frustration, quickly jumping over to try and pry the two apart.

Kazeha and the others watched the scene with clear envy.

And Shishioh Miju, observing it all, fell into thoughtful silence.

And so, Yuki found himself navigating the treacherous waters of this brewing harem situation while simultaneously welcoming batch after batch of Cursed Children onto the ark.

When night finally fell, Yuki seized the first chance he got and made his escape.

Back in his own room, after a shower, he planned to simply stay put for a while. But the moment he stepped out of the bathroom, he found a figure already waiting for him inside.

There sat the Seitenshi, dressed in a pure white, lace-adorned short dress.

The moment she saw Yuki, a deep blush instantly spread across her cheeks.

Seeing this, Yuki smiled in understanding.

He snapped his fingers, and the lights went out.

Then, accompanied by the cosmic starlight shimmering outside the window, a different kind of dance began.

The next day, after all the Cursed Children and virtuous people from across the world had been gathered into the battleship, Yuki went a step further. He resurrected every Cursed Child who had either turned into a Gastrea or died in the past and brought them aboard as well.

He then ordered OAA to collect all the guilty souls into the black cube.

It's worth noting that in this reality, the character known as Yuzu, the daughter of a certain eccentric, existed but without the influence of that father figure. While she was still a Cursed Child, she lacked the twisted personality from the original story.

With his task complete, Yuki stored the massive battleship within his personal dimensional space.

He stood alone in the void of the now-blackened cosmos.

And opened a live stream in the chat group.

Then, Yuki snapped his fingers.

With that soft sound, the entire universe erupted into a light of impossible intensity, washing the infinite, star-dusted night in a blinding, eternal dawn. It was a cosmic detonation—an end of all things that simply erased everything in its path.

Space, time, every law and concept... all of it dissolved into pure nothingness.

And just like that, the world of Black Bullet was no more.

Its darkness, its filth—it all met its absolute conclusion.

With the old world scrubbed from existence, Lin Yue began his next work: the creation of a new one.

An infinite radiance bloomed from his very being.

A new universe began to take shape.

In his design, its structure would be one of unimaginable scale.

An infinitely vast cosmos, composed of infinite matter and celestial bodies. And above this universe sat a second-tier macrocosm, containing an infinite number of such universes, with the total number of universes within it multiplying by infinity raised to the power of infinity with every passing instant—constantly birthing and splitting into new ones.

Above the second-tier macrocosm lay a third-tier reality, which housed an infinite number of these second-tier macrocosms, each of which was itself expanding and splitting at that same, incomprehensible rate.

Beyond the third tier was a fourth, containing infinite third-tier realities, all multiplying at that same boundless, exponential pace.

And the fifth tier held an infinite number of fourth-tier realities, each expanding by infinity to the power of infinity...

This pattern of nested infinities repeated, tier after tier, without end—an endless, ever-expanding hierarchy of cosmic layers.

Each universe within this structure held infinite time, spawned infinite parallel branches, and contained infinite possibilities—all while existing independently and self-replicating without end.

Each universe was composed of infinite dimensions.

Each infinity existed within a greater infinity.
