Among the five great ninja villages, the Uchiha Clan had the deepest alliance with the Mist Village. Their relationship was not only commercial but also military. Interestingly, Mist Village was also the only village where the Uchiha had no official office.
But that didn't matter to Andrew. To him, going to Kirigakure was like returning home. With the use of Flying Thunder God, Andrew could travel there instantly. The Mist's leaders never objected to his sudden appearances.
Since Andrew was in charge of affairs in Konoha, there wasn't any need for extra Uchiha personnel to be stationed there. Meanwhile, the Sand Village had tried to join the cooperation plan without any prior communication and had no understanding of the training programs Andrew was running.
That's why the focus of the training program was placed on Rock Village and Cloud Village. Rock Village wasn't a major concern—Deidara had already chosen to follow Andrew closely, like a loyal follower. So, the Tsuchikage, Ohnoki, sent two candidates: a young ninja and Deidara, who were both assigned to the Uchiha.
Cloud Village had a similar approach. Mabui, the assistant of the Raikage, was deemed too important to be sent away. Instead, the Raikage sent Samui and Omoi, forming a balanced pair: one male and one female, one calm and one energetic.

After leaving the meeting hall, Fugaku walked beside Andrew, his face full of concern.
"Andrew, that information..." Fugaku said hesitantly.
"There's no problem," Andrew replied calmly. "If they don't trust the data, they're welcome to verify it themselves."
Andrew understood Fugaku's worries. Although the Uchiha's intelligence network was in development, they didn't have unlimited manpower. Many clan members were already assigned to essential tasks, so the spy network couldn't be built overnight.
Still, Fugaku was uneasy about Andrew suddenly revealing so much information. If the data contained errors or deliberate misinformation, it might bring the wrath of all five great nations down upon them.
"Alright," Fugaku finally said. "You've always been cautious. If you need help, just say the word. I'll guard the rear for you."
Since Andrew didn't want to go into detail, Fugaku didn't press the issue. Everyone had secrets. And Andrew, being such an extraordinary person, naturally had more than most. So long as Andrew didn't betray Uchiha, there was no need to dig too deep.
---
"I understand... how is Tsunade?" Andrew asked, changing the topic.
He knew that his ability to make plans and move around so freely was because Fugaku gave him strong support inside the clan. Without that backing, there was no way Andrew could handle diplomacy with all five nations on his own.
"Tsunade has left Evernight City," Fugaku replied. "No one knows where she went, but she took Shizune with her. I think she'll be fine."
Fugaku recalled Tsunade's condition in Evernight City and felt sad for her. Something heavy must have crushed her spirit to such a degree.
"What a tragedy. How did someone like Danzo even become Hokage's advisor?" Andrew muttered, shaking his head.
He wasn't too worried about Tsunade's safety. Even with her fear of blood, she was still one of the Legendary Sannin. As long as Konoha stood, not many people would dare to challenge her.
Besides, Andrew had left a Flying Thunder God mark on her body. To the world, she had vanished, but to Andrew, she could be found at any time.
She wouldn't throw away that necklace from the First Hokage—at least, not before the main plotline events started happening.

Thinking about the plot made Andrew nervous. He knew that Tsunade played a huge role in Naruto's development. Her sudden departure from Evernight City seemed unnatural. Could it be the power of destiny, trying to get things "back on track" for the protagonist?
And what about Jiraiya? Andrew had warned him clearly, yet Jiraiya never went to Rain Village to meet Nagato, Konan, or Yahiko. He had considered it several times, but always backed out. Why?
"This can't be coincidence," Andrew thought. "When I used to read novels, there was always something called the Way of Heaven—the mysterious force that helped protagonists grow. Maybe this world has something similar."
He thought about the Sage of Six Paths, who had been dead for centuries yet showed up during the Fourth Great Ninja War. The very idea made Andrew uneasy.
So far, Andrew had prevented the Uchiha massacre, but he had also caused some changes. Sasuke's situation in Konoha wasn't much different from the original timeline, except now he knew his parents were alive.
Naruto, meanwhile, was living under Jiraiya's guidance. While his living conditions had improved, his power hadn't advanced much, and Jiraiya hadn't even let him sign the Mount Myōboku toad contract yet.
In short, when the main storyline began in a few years, Konoha would be mostly unchanged, except Danzo was gone. But Sasuke's motives would be different, since Itachi never killed their clan.
"I just hope nothing goes wrong. I don't want all my hard work to be wasted," Andrew sighed.
---
The ninja world still followed the rule of the strong. If Andrew wanted to challenge the Sage of Six Paths or the fate of the world itself, he needed more power.
Checking his feedback points, Andrew noticed they had increased rapidly thanks to his recent diplomatic talks with the other villages. With the Uchiha Clan as his base, he had a strong foundation.
He now had enough points to redeem the Sage Body, but that didn't seem useful right now. He already had an abundant Chakra supply, as most of his daily rewards were Chakra-based. Over time, even without Sage Body, he would be fine.
He was also young and in perfect health, so he didn't need Sage Body's healing or longevity boosts.
The only potential advantage of the Sage Body was that it might allow his eyes to evolve into Rinnegan, but that transformation was based on a rare combination, like Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama.
"I'm not confident the same will happen to me," Andrew thought.
Instead, he looked toward something more valuable—the Ōtsutsuki bloodline.
As the god-like beings of the ninja world, the Ōtsutsuki had brought all bloodline abilities and kekkei genkai into the world. Although it cost twice as much as the Sage Body or Rinnegan, Andrew believed the Ōtsutsuki bloodline was far more powerful.
The shop had once refreshed with the Ōtsutsuki bloodline, but Andrew had saved his points, hoping for a second chance.
---
Meanwhile, after Andrew left, the Five Kage Summit continued—but the atmosphere changed dramatically.
Without Andrew there, tensions exploded.
Onoki and the Fourth Raikage began arguing almost immediately, sparks flying between their words.
The Kazekage outright accused the Mizukage of still having ties with the Akatsuki and even implied that she might be mind-controlled.
Sarutobi Hiruzen tried to calm things down, but was immediately blamed by the other four Kage for Konoha's failure to stop the Akatsuki early on.
The Third Hokage turned red with fury and nearly collapsed from anger. In retaliation, he pushed the blame onto Mist Village, claiming they had let Obito operate freely under their noses.
At the side, Mifune could only groan.
"Seriously, are these the so-called Five Kage?" he thought. "Why didn't they act this brave when Andrew was in the room? Now that he's gone, all of you are pointing fingers like children... unbelievable."
