Chapter 126 - Chapter 128: The Five Kage Talk to the Akatsuki

The Five Kage had gathered, and all critical intelligence about the Akatsuki was laid out before them. Aside from Mist Village knowing why they were targeted by Obito, there was no other confidential information to share—except the Rinnegan, of course.

Each of the five people in the room was the leader of their hidden village. None of them interrupted Andrew, who stood calmly before them. He wasn't interested in political games or pointless storytelling—he had a clear purpose.

"The reason we need to treat Uchiha Obito separately," Andrew began, "is not only because he led the Nine-Tails Rebellion… but because he possesses the Mangekyō Sharingan."

He paused for a moment, letting that fact settle in. Then he continued, his voice firm.

"This is something only those of us from the Uchiha clan know. There's an ancient stone tablet passed down through generations. The writings on this stone can only be fully read with the Mangekyō Sharingan."

He narrowed his eyes. "The tablet doesn't just record forbidden Uchiha techniques… it mentions a powerful genjutsu that can trap the entire world in illusion: Infinite Tsukuyomi."

The room fell silent.

Andrew continued explaining. "Infinite Tsukuyomi is a terrifying jutsu. It pulls everyone into a dream world where their deepest desires come true. People stop thinking about the real world because they're trapped in their own perfect illusion."

"In other words, it creates false peace. A world without war or pain—only dreams. But it's not real."

"The technique requires gathering the chakra of all nine Tailed Beasts," Andrew added. "That's why Obito attacked Konoha, took control of the Fourth Mizukage, and captured Lao Zi."

Hearing that, Onoki's expression changed instantly. He looked up sharply. "So that's the reason behind Akatsuki's actions… and why we lost Lao Zi."

He finally understood the true purpose behind the Akatsuki's movements, including the war with the Hidden Cloud.

Andrew nodded. "Exactly. The Akatsuki are targeting all the major villages because we hold the Tailed Beasts. For now, they're still gathering strength, but their end goal is clear."

He leaned back. His message had been delivered. "Iwagakure's Jinchūriki has already been captured. If we let this continue, all villages will lose their greatest weapons. That's why this matters to everyone."

Sarutobi Hiruzen, the elderly Third Hokage, looked thoughtful. Then he spoke. "I have a question. This Infinite Tsukuyomi you mentioned—does it really exist? Isn't it just a myth?"

Andrew shook his head. "There's no doubt. The tablet also records Izanagi—another Sharingan forbidden technique. That technique is real, so why wouldn't Infinite Tsukuyomi be?"

He looked around at the group. "And besides, we have other proof. Among the Mangekyō Sharingan's abilities is a genjutsu called Tsukuyomi. It's like Infinite Tsukuyomi, just on a smaller scale."

He paused again. "The only difference is how it's activated. Tsukuyomi is used with the Mangekyō Sharingan, but Infinite Tsukuyomi is cast by projecting it onto the moon itself."

The Kage exchanged glances in silence. Not because they were afraid—but because the scale of what Andrew had said was overwhelming.

All these terrifying powers—Rinnegan, Mangekyō Sharingan, Infinite Tsukuyomi—were tied to Konoha. First it was civil conflict. Now the entire world was being affected.

Why did everything seem to go back to the Uchiha and the Leaf Village?

Aside from Kazekage Rasa, the other Kage couldn't help but feel bitter. Konoha had always been the center of power, and now even their conflicts had become global threats.

Sarutobi Hiruzen's expression was even more troubled. If not for Danzo's reckless schemes, if not for dragging Jiraiya and others into internal politics, perhaps the Uchiha wouldn't be so distant now.

If Konoha still had Uchiha and someone with the Rinnegan on their side, what a mighty force they would be.

Andrew broke the silence.

"I've said what I needed to say. I'm not trying to push you to fight the Akatsuki. This is an internal matter for the Uchiha. But we're allies now, and I wanted to give you this warning out of respect and sincerity."

He looked around and saw no one speaking, so he continued.

"Also, Kazekage-sama, don't think your village is untouched by Akatsuki. The death of the Third Kazekage may be connected to them."

Rasa's eyes narrowed.

"Scorpion has always tried to assassinate the Third Kazekage. He failed many times. Now, the Kazekage is gone—and Scorpion is part of Akatsuki. That's no coincidence."

Andrew smirked slightly. "Even if the Akatsuki didn't kill him directly, their hands aren't clean. Your village should be careful."

Rasa's face turned pale. The death of the Third Kazekage had been a mystery for years. Wars had been fought over it. If the Akatsuki was behind it, then the implications were massive.

"Since we're all here, let's officially start the Five Kage Summit," Onoki declared firmly. "We need to discuss how to respond to the Akatsuki threat."

His voice was determined. Iwagakure had already lost a Jinchūriki. They had no more time to waste.

The war with Cloud Village had left them weakened, especially without a Tailed Beast. That mistake couldn't be repeated.

"I agree!" Raikage said. "It's just a rogue group. Let's crush them!"

"The pain Akatsuki brought to Mist needs to be returned tenfold!" Mizukage added.

"I have no tolerance for groups that start wars just to chase false ideals," Rasa said, his tone grim.

Finally, all eyes turned to Hiruzen. He sighed, then nodded. He couldn't sit out now, even if it meant war.

"Damn you, Danzo," he thought. "You caused this chaos, and now I'm the one who has to clean it up."

Before anything else could be said, Andrew raised a hand.

"Wait! You can start your meeting, but let me take my people first. I still have candidates for training to return."

He didn't want the Uchiha involved in this summit. Their fight was with the Akatsuki, not politics.

He waved his hand, signaling his clan members to leave. "Let the Five Kage handle the war planning. Uchiha will act separately when the time is right."

He couldn't help but chuckle to himself. "And with how many explosive tags Sister Nan has now… I really hope your villages are prepared."
