The first prince of Norvaegard, Elric Vaelgard, was near the front lines. He was currently in command of one of the kingdom's armies advancing against Inevir.
His camp stretched across a low ridge overlooking the road. Wagons carried supplies between the rows of tents.
Outside his command tent, crews were inspecting the two Fenrirs Lucen Thornehart had provided. The machines had already proved their worth, helping his soldiers break through several enemy positions.
Yet their success had only made Elric more dissatisfied with the number he had received.
"Has Thornehart answered our request for additional weapons?"
"Not yet, Your Highness."
Elric frowned. His gaze shifted toward the soldiers carrying their rifles through the camp. He had requested Ironhold's newest models.
