Meanwhile, Lazarus realised that he couldn't put Sally in danger if he could help it. But his mission was also to keep his piece of the Blueprint safe. What could he do?
There were seemingly a few options.
Firstly, he could just hand over the Blueprint, but then there was no guarantee that the Dark Rizzards wouldn't just deal with him and go after Sally anyway.
Secondly, he could just destroy his piece of the EVP Blueprint, which would at least thwart the Dark Rizzard's plans, although they might then vent their frustration on him, before again, leaving to go after Sally.
Thirdly, he could just buy time and fight, taking down as many Dark Rizzards as possible and ensuring that the overall Mission, to preserve the Blueprints, was successful.
Then it occurred to him.
He was just a laidback guy, but Sally… was Sally!
There was one more possibility. He could just continue with the standoff, and trust that Sally would be able to handle it!
He would let her know the situation, and just do his best himself in the way he knew best and what he had decided…
…Was this… the meaning of teamwork?!
With no other good options, he could only give it a try!
