Cain's family were still talking to the doctor as they couldn't meet him.
"Mr.Cain , may I come in?" The nurse called out as she knocked.
"Yeah you can!" Cain shouted back.
Nurse opened the door but unfortunately Cain's family wasn't there as he expected.
"Your family is downstairs currently , you can meet them after an hour , alright?" She said smiling.
"Sure and also Mrs.Nurse , you can call me Cain" he said smilingly.
The nurse excused herself and went back to attend other patients. Leaving Cain with a mini console.
"Cool graphics.." Cain whispered remembering his previous life.
'No way I'm doing that! Go to hell narrative!'
Cain chose to ignore his memories and started to explain the world he was in.
'Finally something useful to talk about...
This is Planet Blue Star revolving around The Green Star and The Black Star along with other 4 Planets , this was circumbinary star system.
I know , Blue Star seems a really bad name for the Fourth wallers but this planet was actually shinier and bluer from the atmosphere than Earth and The Stars were really green and black! It was soooo cool to look at!
Anyway , 'Blue Star' was the third planet from the two stars just like Earth and possessed almost the same technology, sometimes even much advanced.
There are 4 Continents and 4 Oceans and I live on Heval Continent and in the centre of it was the capital city of Hevanz where he lived , important point was that this Continent wasn't democratic.
Cain stopped as he felt tired so he stopped telling and lied down on his bed.
'Sorry Fourth wallers , I'm weak at the moment and who wants me yapping about this world?'
Although he was not disabled , due to the coma it wasn't in its peak condition so he had to rest.
As he was about to fall asleep , his room's door opened with a bang!
_BANG_
"H-huh?" He got up on his bed startled by the loud noise and rough handling of the door. His heart pounding.
"Oh Cain!" shouted the woman who opened the door and ran towards him- by ran she teleported and was infront of him and gave him a tight hug.
He didn't feel pain or shocked and hugged back just as much force , because the black haired woman who was hugging him was his mother.
"Mom where's Luke?" Cain said making his mother blink twice and smiled creepily...
"Oh your boyfriend~ well he would come tommorow for your 17th birthday" his mom said making him fall on the bed lazily.
"First off...Luke's not my friend and when will I go home and what's this magic?" Cain questioned to which his mom's eye turned serious , her blue eyes scanned him throughly and all she said was
"You'll get to know everything tommorow."
And excused herself and went out and came back again with his clothes.
He could feel it , his skin being touched by the 'moonlight' of The Satellite Neo , so in this world it is called 'Neolight'.
'Hope you fourth wallers understand that this moon isn't the actual moon...'
He looked forward and saw a Gardeva and his heart crashed. Although they were heading near the Gardeva , he knew it wasn't his mother's so he ignor-
'Wait! Why is my mother have the Gardeva's key and how did it actually open!?'
His mother looking at his reaction just smiled and got him inside the car and told him to keep his seat belt then she got in the driver seat.
"Tommorow we'll tell you everything including how I have this Gardeva" his mother said with a small smile and Boom!
_BOOM_
The driver moved in extreme velocity that Cain's worry grew even more at her mother's rash driving.
'Mom never drives this rash!'
Cain then took a deep breath and then realised...
'Almost forgot this is another world and this is my second life
He calmed himself down and didn't say a word whole driving , this was just him calm sometimes and happy sometimes , this was concluded by him to be the reason of him getting his previous life's memories.
"This isn't our house..." Cain said looking his mother but only got a smile.
"Oh it is our home" She said smilingly , only then he knew-
'Hell yeah!! See that you Fourth Wallers! I'm rich! and handsome!'
His smile grew even wider as he entered the house and many maids and servants bowed at him and his mother.
"Greetings Young Master , let me escort you to your room" a young guy said while bowing and turned around which hinted me to follow him. Cain looked at his mom again and she smiled then he understood that this world will now be filled with clichés.
Cain went inside the room and turned on the switch turned he got an urge to turn them off again.
'The hell is with the maids!'
Yes , Cain's room was pretty big which was nice then there were three maids in the room at the edge , looking at him , this was pretty uncomfortable but he didn't care and just jumped on his huge bed and melted away in delight from it's softness.
"Arghhhh Heaven on Earth..." he loudly moaned forgetting that there were maids around him.
"Wish someone massaged my head..." he thought and he heard a voice around him saying something.
"Young Master , I can help" She said and Cain looked at the maid and blushed , not because she was beautiful but because he forgot there were other people in the room.
"Thank you but no , It was a figure of speech and who are you?" He asked.
"Oh sorry Young Master , my name is Eli" She said emotionlessly amd stood there like a statue.
'LOL she is so fine...wai- Arghhh! why did I say that cringe lines now I'll be hated in the fourth wallers community!'
Cain was so ingrossed in what the fourth wallers were thinking that he looked as if he was staring at her.
"Um..Young Master , is something w-wrong?" The Maid , Eli said weirded out.
Cain breaking out of his stupor looked at her , this time paying attention and he understood he was staring too much.
"Sorry , I was just thinking , tell me , do you know what is magic?"
Eli didn't look surprised and just smiled and dictated the 'bedtime story' , yeah it was a bedtime story to Cain.
'As I said there being 4 Continents , in detail there were:
•Heval Continent: Ruled by a Emperor who governs the entire Heval Continent, smallest but powerful.
it was entirely human inhabited , which made me wide eyed , Elves and Demons exist! Oh hell yeah! didn't give as much as a reaction since...I've been reincarnated, what more is unnatural? And also , Humans in this Continent knew nothing about other races and don't know if they exist!
• Eahizox Continent: Emperor ruled , Inhabitants are 'The Elerate' , ever heard of bad imagination of the author? This is the example , there were a race of that kind , that's what I'll say for now. It's Green and full of trees , blah blah next continent
• Nivris Continent: Same Emperor Ruled , Inhabitants are 'The Usucu' , seriously who comes up with these names!? The hell! , whatever , it is Rocky and filled with minerals. And lastly ,
•Arith Continent: divided into countries of 3 , Monarch ruled and Inhabitants are all the 7 races , yes 7!

Cain had dozed off after just hearing about the Continents , who likes a geography classes when the names are all weird?
While he was sleeping , he had a dream.
[DREAM]
"Hey did that lower think Paige would accept a nerd like him?" A guy said laughing.
"LOL to think someone like you would think they would be accepted by Paige" a woman said also laughing.
"Stop it guys!" A voice echoed, this blonde and blue eyed girl was Paige Shelby and she looked at him sympathetically and bend down on her knees as her friends had beaten Issac to the ground.
He thought she would save him and accept her , he really did. Until she grabbed his hair and pulled his head up for her to see.
What Issac saw broke him completely , she was smiling , not just a smirk but SMILING , SHE WAS SMILING AND HER TEETH WERE SO OUT THAT HE WOULD PLUCK THEM ALL!
Issac then closed his eyes for a brief second and opened them. His hand grabbed Paige's hand and pushed it away then ran , yes , he ran to his Orphanage and secluded in his room.
"I'm sorry , Mom , Dad. I've failled you both , I know you didn't expect me to live like this after yiu died..lbut I'm thankful that you gave birth to me , I'm glad for that."
He then took a knife and aimed it at his stomach , he tried to stab himself but he couldn't. His body wouldn't move.
The words 'Pathetic' , 'Useless' and many words surfaced in his mind , he was a literal coward. He was running from his fears , he is giving up on his living yet he was scared of pain.
"Whatever" he sighed , he then made a Buffalo knot with a rope and hanged it on the fan and stood on the study chair.
He was about to kick the chair when suddenly a creature creeped in from the window and the world lost it's color , then that imp looking thing touched him which made him unconscious.
[END DREAM]

Cain then woke up suddenly, he experienced a weird nightmare.
"What the hell..." he whispered, his brain was hurting a lot.
Thankfully the maids came to consol him with words , none dared to touch him. Soon he calmed down.
"My first dream after two years and it's a nightmare , great." He said out loud.
"I-im sorry Young Master, it's because of m-me" Eli said scared.
"It's not your fault and also , since my mind is fresh now , tell me all your names and your specialties and likes and dislikes , I'll say mine too" Cain took a chance , it was very weird since he never had a contact with a girl in his pas-
'ONE MORE WORD AND YOUR GRAVE WILL BE 6 FEET UNDER!'
He first took the initiative to seen friendlier and open.
"My name is Cain Miracle , my likes are Mathematics and Science , my specialities are Art , Martial Arts , Literature , Philosophy and Law. "
'And yes , fourth wallers , it's for you people! And yes , I like Maths and Science'
Next was the blue haired girl.
"My name is Athena , my likes are none and my specialities are everything master"
That was the same thing said by the other two maids , The black haired Eli and Silver haired Cinder, afterwards.
"You girls are pretty boring huh" said Cain in a bored expression.
"I'm sorry Young Master but we are all orphans and we have trained our entire lives in learning magic , Ratone and Qi" said Elli why made Cain question.
'What the hell is Ratone?'
