The house of Shi Yang's family is a three-bedroom, two-living room layout. The master bedroom is occupied by Shi Yang's parents. The two slightly smaller bedrooms, the one facing the sun is Shi Yang's, while the one next to the bathroom is made into a study for Shi Yang's father to work in.
In the evening, to entertain Zhao Meimei's family, Shi Yang's mother moved the dining table to the living room. A slightly smaller table was placed in the dining room, piled with ingredients that couldn't fit on the kitchen counter.
Shi Yang's mother's cooking skills are average; she can only stew fish and stir-fry a few simple vegetarian dishes, with a taste that varies between too bland and too salty each time.
