Elder Duckling simply listened to Odette's ramble as she knew it was her way to cope with heartbreak.

His mood worsened with each leap he took.
His feet felt heavy. He thought it was because he kept leaping instead of flying, so he tried to fly instead.
But it didn't change a thing.
The Masked Alpha gritted his teeth and decided to stop for a moment.
He turned his head towards the direction of the tower. It was no longer visible because he left as fast as he could, fearing that he would change his mind if he didn't stay away from Odette immediately.
