Lin Chu wasn't feeling well today and went to bed early, but was awakened by the sound of the door opening.
This apartment was impossible for outsiders to enter, and the only person who could come in so brazenly without even knocking was just one person.
Because of her heavy body, Lin Chu's sleep was not deep. He was usually very careful, what happened tonight?
Before she could complain, she was suddenly enveloped in a man's embrace, his grip so strong that it almost suffocated her.
He must have come upstairs right after getting home, so he still carried the chill from outside.
Lin Chu didn't smell alcohol, and her groggy mind cleared a bit due to the man's unfamiliar emotions.
She pursed her lips and asked in confusion, "What, what's wrong with you?"
The lights weren't turned on, and the room was enveloped in darkness.
Lu Huai'an held her tightly, seemingly forgetting that she was pregnant, pulling her closer and closer, as if trying to meld her into his body.
