"Hey Nothing, it's a monster. And monsters are supposed to be killed, right?"
"But this creature looks so harmless, I don't think it'll do anything to us. Can I keep it as a pet? And the slime looks pretty happy when it sees us, so it probably won't hurt us."
Lucifer sighed in frustration and weariness, then, he said with a determined gaze:
"Then what if this monster hurts us in the future? What if it's just pretending to be friendly to trick us and kill us when we let our guard down?"
"Then we'll kill the Volcanic Slime, I'll kill it myself if it does so, so you don't have to worry about this. Besides, having an extra comrade is only beneficial for us, right? And I'm sure it won't attack us."
