I told Sylvia I'd send him more money, no expense was too much for this. "Get those girls ready, and have them come to my hotel room tomorrow," I said firmly, my voice low and serious. "We need to plan every detail perfectly. I don't want any mistakes. This has to be flawless."
Sylvia was quiet for a second, probably surprised by the steel in my tone. Then he said, "Understood. I know just the type. They'll be sharp, discreet, and desperate enough to do anything you tell them. I'll make sure they're clean and professional."
"Good," I replied. "And make sure they understand that this isn't just a gig. This is about power. Exposure. I'm not hiring them to serve drinks and smile. One of them needs to be able to work their way close to the media guy. Get his attention, keep it, whatever it takes. She'll need access to his laptop or control panel, or whatever system they use. That's our entry point."
"And the other girl?" Sylvia asked, his voice calm but curious.
