Wendy Portis clenched her fingers. "I need to make another trip to Pavilion Harmony Gallery and deliver a painting to Auntie Capela."
"But... she'll probably try to snatch it from you again…"
"Don't worry." At the mention of this, Wendy's expression relaxed. "Master Beal is an old friend of my father's, and he absolutely despises people reeking of money. If Bonnie dares to flash her black card again, I guarantee Master Beal will tear into her like never before!"
She suddenly looked a little expectant, her eyes lighting up. "That's right, let her tag along to Pavilion Harmony!"
They drove out of the city center and into the suburbs. Wendy and her group stepped out of the car unhurriedly and entered Pavilion Harmony Gallery.
Master Beal, his hair already graying, sat beside a young man. The boy wore a blank expression, silently painting with a brush in hand, unfazed by the arrival of guests.
