But that didn't mean he was completely at peace.He's just learned to be more cunning, to know when to pout and when to run.
Ellis has always been calm and restrained, with minimal mood swings and a certain transcendent distance from everyone and everything.Even with Nyx, he sees himself as merely fulfilling his contract and fulfilling his mentor's responsibilities.However, the picture in the eyes of others was not like that.
Nyx was rampant in the academy, the only time he would be a little more restrained was in front of Ellis, and even if he remained unforgiving with his mouth, his actions were always tacitly cooperative.Sometimes, he would purposely annoy Ellis, and when Ellis stared at him coldly, he would immediately change to a smiling face and ease the atmosphere with a few words.
