Chapter 103 - The unspoken Truth

The Relentless Interrogation

The silence in the hall was heavy, but the curiosity of the heroes burned even stronger.

Rudra, still standing, refused to back down.

The heroes murmured among themselves.

Wong Lie, the Japanese hero, leaned forward. "If you're not his brother, then where did you come from?"

Cheng Xuan, the Chinese hero, nodded. "And why does your energy resemble both humans and something… foreign?"

Sung Jin smirked. "Not to mention, you resisted the divine lightning of Cleopatra. That alone makes you an anomaly."

Cleopatra, annoyed, tapped her staff against the floor. "Tell me, Ravihiro—what exactly are you hiding?"

Ravihiro's gaze remained calm, unreadable.

The Sky Demon Sect Speaks

Suddenly, a chuckle broke the tension.

"You people are too noisy."

All eyes turned toward Sky Demon Sect Leader, who was still enjoying his drink, completely relaxed.

"We traveled across realms not to play your little questioning game, but to eliminate the Viroshis." His eyes gleamed. "Once we've accomplished that, we're returning home."

Huo Tang, arms crossed, smirked. "This is a waste of time."

Haruno, sitting beside him, yawned. "Honestly, I don't even know why we're here. We should be preparing for the real battle."

Rumina, resting her chin on her hand, grinned mischievously. "I don't mind staying a little longer. Watching Ravihiro get interrogated is quite entertaining."

Ravihiro glared at her, but she only winked.

Kalki, sitting on his father's lap, tugged at his sleeve. "Father, why do these people keep asking Uncle Rava so many questions?"

Huo Tang chuckled, "Because they're scared of him, little one."

The heroes tensed.

The hidden truth in those words was undeniable.

The Leader of the Meeting Speaks

A sharp cough silenced the room.

From the head of the table, the Leader of the Global Hero Organization finally spoke.

A man with silver hair and piercing blue eyes. His presence was calm yet commanding.

"Enough."

The entire hall fell into silence.

His voice was smooth, persuasive, yet… something about it was off.

"I understand your hesitations, Ravihiro. And I respect your desire for secrecy. However, we are not your enemies."

Ravihiro's eyes narrowed.

"We invited you here because we seek allies, not conflict." The leader's voice was calculated, every word carefully chosen. "We need to unite against the greater threats looming over this world."

"The Viroshis are only the beginning."

The heroes nodded, agreeing.

"I will not force you to reveal your past," the leader continued, "but know this—secrets always have consequences."

For the first time, Ravihiro felt a shift.

This man…

He wasn't just here to form an alliance.

There was something deeper.

Something dangerous.

The Meeting Ends – A Dangerous Mistake

After a long silence, the Sky Demon Sect Leader stood up.

"We're done here."

His voice was final.

"We came to defeat the Viroshis. Nothing else concerns us."

Without another word, he turned and walked out.

Ravihiro and his team followed.

The heroes watched them leave, but none said a word.

As the doors closed behind them, the Leader of the Meeting smirked.

A mischievous, knowing smile.

"You made a mistake, Ravihiro."

He turned toward the large monitor behind him—

Displaying a photograph of Ravihiro's Earth family.

After the Meeting – Conversations & Confusion

Outside the meeting hall, the heroes gathered around Ravihiro.

Danny smirked. "You sure know how to put on a show."

Sung Jin nodded. "You do realize they're not going to stop digging, right?"

Cleopatra crossed her arms. "That leader… he's up to something. You should be careful."

Ravihiro remained silent.

But Rudra wasn't done.

He stepped forward. "Why do you keep running from me?"

Ravihiro paused.

Rudra's voice was filled with frustration. "I don't care what you say. I know you're my brother."

The air grew thick.

Ravihiro finally spoke. "Then stop looking for me."

Rudra clenched his fists. "Why?!"

Ravihiro looked him dead in the eye.

"Because I am not the person you are looking for ."

For a moment, Rudra hesitated.

Something in Ravihiro's voice… it wasn't anger.

It was frustrated by his constant questions

Before Rudra could say more, Rumina suddenly grabbed Ravihiro's arm. "Alright, enough brotherly drama. Let's go, dear husband."

Huo Tang smirked, pulling Haruno closer. "Come on, let's leave before Rudra decides to cry."

Haruno giggled. "I think he might already be."

Rudra glared. "I AM NOT CRYING!"

The Sky Demon Sect walked away, laughing.

But behind them, the heroes watched.

And Rudra…

He wasn't giving up.

To be continued…
