He didn't turn around, but he subtly tapped his fingers against his thigh—a silent signal to Rumina, Haruno, Huo Tang, and Kalki. They immediately understood, their movements shifting slightly, prepared for confrontation.
Through the reflections in the glass windows of the shops they passed, Ravihiro caught glimpses of several figures, keeping a precise distance. Their movements were calculated—definitely not ordinary civilians.
With a sharp turn, Ravihiro suddenly led his team into an alleyway. Without a word, they vanished into the darkness.
The pursuers hesitated but eventually followed.
