The Alphas making me stay in the mansion wasn't their decision....it was mine. A carefully crafted move, the first step in a plan I had no choice but to set in motion. It was necessary to remain close to Zane for now if I was going to figure out what to do about the baby growing in his womb.
To be honest… I never wanted it to come to this. I didn't wish for things to spiral so far out of control. But what choice do I have now?
Zane was always careful....always took the pregnancy prevention pills I personally formulated for him. So what went wrong? What changed?
I had hidden the news of Zane's pregnancy from the Alphas and even from Zane himself. There was no point announcing it. The pregnancy would be terminated soon anyway… or at least, that was the plan.
