Chapter 2 - Chapter 2:

Rescuer 2.: For now, we don't have a detailed report on what's happening inside the accident site, but we'll give it later. Although, we have a drone here, it's no use because when it reaches the fog, it will suddenly stop working and fall.

Rescuer 3: There's a cctv camera near this place, so we determined that 87 vehicles are currently trap in the accident area, so maybe 50 or more people were involved, and there are no buildings or houses involved since the national road is in between a sugarcane plantation and it was just harvested last month, and the casualties can be reduced.

While they were talking, a man, who was also a rescuer walked inside.

Rescuer 4: I just came out in the accident area, and we have rescued 40 injured and 10 dead. We are expecting that there's more inside, especially at the center.

The professionals discuss until they have a detailed plan on how they will rescue those who are left inside the accident area.

As they set off, they scouted the accident vigilantly.

After passing through the thick fog, as they walk further, broken and melted metals clutter around, blood scattered and flowed out from those who were dead and injured.

Each and everyone present felt like they were transported to another world and couldn't help but feel bitter for those who died and experienced this sorrowful thing.

Thirty minutes have passed....

Sena opened her eyes, disheartened that she woke up not yet rescued, her fatigue lessened and there seemed enough strength to move around, so she sat, leaned her back.

As she looked around, She felt quite peculiar about the shape of the stone, although two of it walls are wide open and the rest is solid stone, she can't deny that it was utterly a perfect square shape.

She looked outside, seeing nothing but the scattered and broken concrete and vehicle parts, she can't help but wonder... how on earth did she'd ended up inside a peculiar stone.

Because it's impossible that she, herself walked into this stone. Moreover, she didn't even know it existed in the first place. Obviously, someone took her out of the overturned taxi to save her life and maybe its the driver or some kind-hearted soul.

Additionally,.she was confused to why is there a big stone in the middle of the road? She have passed this area many times and haven't seen such peculiar stone.

She thought to herself that maybe she is finally experiencing a supernatural encounter and this is just the starting point and once she step out of the peculiar stone, ghosts will chase her unending.

Realizing, she's so immersed in thinking imaginary things, she stopped thinking about it, to avoid scaring herself to the point of having delusions.

Seeing her bag, she decided to tidy herself. So first she decided to fix her ponytail hairstyle and with a comb on her right hand. She took off her scrunchie and when her hair fell down and she was stunned.

"Oh my gosh, my hair turned white. Did I go through some kind of transformation like the characters in novels? Apparently, I did."

Although, she was shocked to the point of questioning her reality, she suppressed all kinds of questions that formed in her mind and just started to comb her hair in dazed.

Because even if she got deeper to the questions she did not have an answer for it, so it's pointless rather than thinking about it, she might just think on how to rescue herself.

After fixing her hairstyle she rummaged through her bag and quickly found her phone. She felt quite relieved that it was not broken.

When she gazed at her reflection on the black screen, she noticed her eyes had become blue like the sapphire skies.

She was startled and suddenly remembered a novel she had read, that has a plot similar to her current predicament.

"Is this the start of an apocalypse, where zombies, mutants plants and animals roamed the world" She said in a trembling voice, her eyes wide in fear. Then she timidly gazed outside.Realizing she was consumed by fear.

She suddenly slapped her face, and said to herself in a firm voice,"Don't be ridiculous! You can't just give up now. You've survived this long, haven't you?"

Despite the encouragement, it couldn't hide her fear, her hands trembled as she grasped her phone, ready to dial for help, or perhaps just to hear a reassuring voice on the other end.

She pressed the on button of her phone, contrast to her expectation, it did not turn on.

She mentally screamed and said worriedly, "what I'm going to do."

She tried many times, yet the phone still doesn't turn on. So, she put her phone back in her bag and decided to leave the stone to find rescue, even if she's afraid to the point of fainting. Despite her fear, she mastered her courage, swallowed her fear, and put on a confident look that says, "I'm not afraid."

At the same time, her heart was racing like a jackrabbit on steroids, threatening to burst out of her chest, and her legs felt like jelly. But she took a deep breath, straightened her shoulders, and began to move forward, one step at a time, into the unknown.

Time passed, she came back to the stone with no result but having a suspicion that she's been going on a circle.

No matter where she goes, she always ends up near the stone. Eventually, she ends up thinking superstitiously that someone doesn't want her to leave or sciencitifically, she's really bad in directions.

Sitting inside the stone, looking to the distance, feeling hopeless about her situation.

Then out of the blue, she suddenly saw a vine bursting out from the concrete road and beside it was a girl with short black hair and black eyes, somewhat controlling the vine.

She thought she was dreaming or having delusions.
