"Seems like everyone is excited for the event this year," an older disciple said as he eyed the crowd of eager pupils itching for things to begin.
"Of course they are. There will be a lot of big names attending, not to mention the winning prize."
This tournament, known as the Grand Assembly of Nine Arts, included all the great ten sects as well as a few minor sects that were connected to the great ones. It was different from all the other events organized for martial cultivators. It was divided into six sections: sword fighting, hand-to-hand combat, calligraphy, debate, and weaving.
