Hovering before Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki, Madara Uchiha wore a smug expression. "I trust that you both can sense the magnitude of this power. Do you still believe that anyone in the ninja world can stand against me?"
Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki's expressions were grave. While they knew a powerful opponent to Madara Uchiha must exist, they held little hope that this individual could overcome Madara Uchiha now that he had become the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails.
"However, the Ten-Tails in this state is evidently insufficient to transform into the God Tree. If it were otherwise, matters would have been considerably simpler!"
Attempting to manipulate the power surging within his body, Madara Uchiha discovered that his current chakra reserves were inadequate to facilitate the God Tree's Descent, rendering the activation of the complete Infinite Tsukuyomi impossible.
Upon the activation of the complete Infinite Tsukuyomi, all living beings would be enveloped by cocoons generated by the God Tree. This would serve to both sustain the lives of these beings and provide the God Tree with a continuous supply of chakra drawn from their bodies to sustain the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
If Madara Uchiha possessed the capacity to activate the Infinite Tsukuyomi at this juncture, there would be no need for him to seize the remaining Tailed Beasts. The simultaneous activation of the Infinite Tsukuyomi and the God Tree's Descent would suffice to bring all the inhabitants of the ninja world under his absolute control.
However, unbeknownst to Madara Uchiha, even if he were to succeed in activating the Infinite Tsukuyomi, he would be unable to subjugate Yusuke Uchiha, whose spiritual energy had already reached the absolute limits of this world.

Meanwhile, Hashirama Senju attempted to employ his persuasive rhetoric to dissuade Madara Uchiha from pursuing his ambitious plan, but Madara Uchiha remained completely impervious to his pleas.
Temporarily suspending the Edo Tensei technique, Hashirama Senju, Mito Uzumaki, and several other ninjas deemed to possess some degree of utility were returned to their respective coffins.
"What is the current status of the White Zetsu army?" Madara Uchiha inquired of Zetsu.
Zetsu responded with a sinister chuckle, "Their numbers are more than sufficient. We are prepared to launch an offensive against the entire ninja world at any moment!"
A cold gleam flickered in Madara Uchiha's eyes as he stated in a dispassionate tone, "Then what are we waiting for? Let the war commence!"
Yusuke Uchiha, situated far away in Konoha, remained entirely unaware that Madara Uchiha had employed the Edo Tensei technique to amass the power of all nine Tailed Beasts from the bodies of past jinchuriki and had become the first Ten-Tails jinchuriki since the Sage of Six Paths.
At this moment, Yusuke Uchiha was engaged in observing a groundbreaking new medical achievement alongside Kabuto Yakushi and Dr. Akasaka within the confines of Konoha Hospital.
Following several months of rigorous clinical trials, Konoha had officially implemented the technology of utilizing White Zetsu cells to construct human body organs. Small-scale pilot programs were currently underway.

The staff member was utterly taken aback by Naruto Uzumaki's unconventional line of reasoning, never having encountered such a request. He had not anticipated that the boy's intention was to undergo cosmetic surgery.
Shortly thereafter, Naruto Uzumaki was escorted away by a Konoha ninja responsible for maintaining order in the vicinity. However, it turned out that Naruto Uzumaki was far from alone in his unconventional aspirations. A significant number of individuals harbored similar intentions.
After completing his duties at the hospital, Yusuke Uchiha proceeded to the Konoha Research Institute, where Minato Namikaze was already awaiting him, his expression betraying a palpable sense of anxiety.
Minato Namikaze's purpose in seeking Yusuke Uchiha's presence was, of course, to facilitate the resurrection of Kushina Uzumaki by means of a newly created physical vessel.

Minato Namikaze responded with a wry smile, "After all these years, the prospect of once again witnessing Kushina standing before me is almost too much to bear. How could I possibly remain calm?"
Yusuke Uchiha, exhibiting a gesture of understanding, nodded and then guided Minato Namikaze to a specialized laboratory.
In the center of the laboratory stood an operating table upon which lay a body entirely concealed beneath a white sheet.
This body was, of course, a newly constructed physical vessel meticulously crafted from White Zetsu cells, designed to mimic the physical attributes of a human female.
However, at this stage, the body was merely in its preliminary phase of completion. The remaining tasks would need to be undertaken by Minato Namikaze himself.
Pointing towards the body lying upon the operating table, Yusuke Uchiha addressed Minato Namikaze with a reassuring smile, "This is the physical vessel that has been prepared for Kushina Uzumaki.
All of its physiological functions are fully operational. Once you have completed the process of shaping and refining it to your satisfaction, I will then employ my sealing jutsu to transfer Kushina Uzumaki's soul into this new body."
Kushina Uzumaki's situation differed considerably from that of the other volunteer participants who required only organ replacements. In Kushina Uzumaki's case, her soul must be transferred into a completely new body, necessitating the assistance of Yusuke Uchiha's exceptional sealing jutsu.
Yusuke Uchiha had devoted a considerable amount of time to the research and development of this specific sealing technique.
