Following the absorption of the Tailed Beasts' power, the Gedo Mazo, serving as the physical vessel for the Ten-Tails, suddenly convulsed violently, raising its head and emitting a deafening roar. A powerful surge of chakra emanated from its body, and its physical form began to undergo a radical transformation.
Ultimately, the Gedo Mazo, which had previously resembled a humanoid figure, metamorphosed into a bizarre creature with ten tails, prostrate upon the ground.
This creature possessed a round head adorned with a single, enormous eye, the pupil of which bore the unmistakable pattern of the Rinnegan.
Its body lacked significant musculature, its limbs appearing thin and elongated, while its back was burdened by a structure resembling a seashell, yet bristling with numerous large, sharp spines.
This creature was none other than the resurrected Ten-Tails!
However, due to the insufficiency of Tailed Beast chakra, the Ten-Tails had not yet attained its peak power, existing only in its most rudimentary form, which accounted for its emaciated appearance.
In this nascent state, the Ten-Tails was capable of utilizing only the Tailed Beast Ball technique.
Were it to absorb the complete chakra of all nine Tailed Beasts, from Shukaku to Kurama, the Ten-Tails' physique would become significantly more robust, and it would gain access to a devastating technique known as "Tengai Shinsei," capable of unleashing large-scale natural disasters.

At this critical juncture, Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki's expressions registered a look of profound astonishment upon witnessing the emergence of a visage upon Madara Uchiha's left chest—a facial feature that bore a striking resemblance to Hashirama Senju himself, having been formed through the fusion of gradually assimilated cells.
However, their primary concern remained the immense power that Madara Uchiha would wield upon becoming the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails.
