At first, it was believed that Ayr's ability to amplify his power several times over was already his ultimate technique, but unexpectedly, he unleashed Wood Style: True Several Thousand Hands with a backhand gesture—a move so world-shaking that it made even the heavens tremble. Before this colossal Buddha statue, towering even higher than the peaks of Mariejois, no one could remain calm. Whitebeard, locked in battle with the scarred Elder, glanced toward Ayr's direction and burst into laughter. "Gurararara… Ayr, I knew you'd keep shocking me!" Every time he fought side by side with Ayr, the young man unveiled an even more overwhelming power, and this time was no exception.
The scarred Elder stared grimly at the titanic wooden construct before him and then at Whitebeard. "Edward... if you reveal the secret behind Ayr's body right now, I might consider letting you walk away alive." Although their goal today was undeniably to eliminate Ayr, the scarred Elder knew well that the ability Ayr had just activated was no trivial matter, and it might not even be his last trump card. Initially, he believed the Five Elders could eliminate Ayr without issue, but seeing this transformation, he thought it best to uncover whatever secrets they could to avoid unpredictable losses.
"Are you joking? I'd never sell out my comrade, even if I did know anything." Whitebeard's voice was cold and resolute. In truth, he didn't know the secret behind Ayr's strength—whether it stemmed from ancient lineage, an awakened bloodline like a Celestial Dragon's forbidden transformation, or something entirely new—but even if he had known, he would've never handed it over. "Then you've made a foolish choice… and you'll die here today!" The scarred Elder kicked off the ground, moving like a phantom. His fist, sheathed in Advanced Armament Haki and infused with black lightning from Conqueror's Haki, barreled down toward Whitebeard.
The Five Elders weren't just figureheads—they were the world's secret puppeteers, each of them having mastered Advanced Conqueror's Haki, powerhouses who had hidden their true strength for centuries. A thunderous pressure erupted as his strike closed in on Whitebeard. "Tengoku-no-Kuzure!!!" Whitebeard's gaze darkened, veins bulging on his arms as he gripped Murakumogiri tightly. From its tip, an enormous white shockwave began to form—the power of the Gura Gura no Mi, one of the most destructive Paramecia fruits in the world. Since the fall of the Rocks Pirates, Whitebeard had spent decades refining the quake powers to a monstrous level, which was why the World Government once labeled him the Man with the Power to Destroy the World.
BOOOOM!!! Whitebeard's shockwave clashed directly with the Elder's Haki-infused punch, the collision shaking the sky as mountains cracked and celestial dragons hidden deep within Mariejois screamed in terror. The sheer momentum made the atmosphere itself wail, as if two sea kings had risen from the deep and collided in the heavens. Still, there was a gap—Whitebeard could withstand it, but not for long; the scarred Elder's power was monstrous.
Meanwhile, above the chaos, Ayr stood atop the head of the True Several Thousand Hands Buddha statue, arms crossed as he gazed coldly down at the battlefield. His aura surged with divine might. This wasn't an ordinary Wood Style jutsu; fueled by severalfold amplification from his Experience Card and wrapped in both Armament and Conqueror's Haki, the construct's every palm radiated destructive intent. Even in the Naruto world, few had ever manifested a Senju construct of this scale and density—only the First Hokage, Hashirama Senju, could compare. But Ayr, empowered by multiple systems—Haki, Rinnegan-derived power, Senju body modifications—had birthed something greater. Although the True Several Thousand Hands wasn't his strongest card, it was more than enough to face down two of the Five Elders simultaneously.
"…This is getting complicated," murmured the sword-wielding Elder, pushing up his glasses as he locked eyes with the wooden colossus. He hadn't expected such ridiculous power, and even without clashing yet, he could feel an overwhelming pressure radiating from the Buddha statue; each hand felt like it carried the weight of a mountain. Then the long, straight-haired Elder appeared, walking calmly to stand beside the other two. His arms were crossed behind his back, but his eyes carried the piercing insight of someone who had lived over 800 years. "With just the two of you, he's too much. Allow me to assist." Originally, only the sword-wielding Elder and the blond Elder were meant to subdue Ayr, but now that Ayr had unleashed this, the third had no choice but to step in.
"Hard to believe… it takes three of us to deal with one boy," said the blond Elder with a self-deprecating chuckle. They were the Five Elders—sovereigns of the world, above even the Gorosei in authority, who had lived since the Void Century, unaging and undying—and now they had to team up just to take down Ayr. "How ridiculous," the straight-haired Elder said with narrowed eyes, "but we must. Ayr's existence is too unstable. Kill him, then dissect his corpse. We must uncover the truth behind his origins." He didn't like the idea of ganging up on a single warrior, but this was no longer about pride—it was about global survival.
Not far away, "Let us join too!" barked Garp, fists clenched tightly. After losing to Ayr years ago, Garp had never truly recovered from the shame, yet his fighting spirit had only intensified. Now, seeing Ayr evolve to such monstrous heights, his blood boiled with the desire to test himself once more. "We fight together—we can bring him down!" Sengoku shouted, stepping forward. "Our strength might not match the Elders, but we're not weak!" Zephyr echoed, crossing his arms. Even if they couldn't match Ayr one-on-one, the former Three Pillars of the Navy—Garp, Sengoku, and Zephyr—were still titanic forces in their own right, and they wanted in.
But the sword-wielding Elder's voice was calm yet absolute as he said, "Stand aside. You're not needed. This is a matter for the Five Elders alone." Their pride still stood tall—even in the face of humiliation. To them, Ayr was just a child, a freakish anomaly, yes, but still a child, and the very idea of asking for Marine help was too shameful to bear. "We don't need to lower ourselves further," the blond Elder added coldly. "You think we're underestimating you?" the long-haired Elder asked flatly, sensing the tension in Garp's glare. Zephyr quickly shook his head. "No. We just don't want to miss our chance. That's all."
There was silence… and then the sky darkened further as Ayr slowly lifted both arms, the thousand hands behind him following in perfect unison. The next move would shake the very foundations of the world.
