Calista smiled nervously.
"She tried to damage college property," the principal said, arms crossed, looking straight at her.
Leander sat down in front of the principal. "Oh? How?"
"She kicked the classroom door with her leg."
"Oh," Leander chuckled.
"I-I just wanted to see the college," Fiorell said shyly.
"Let me show you around, Miss Fiorell," the principal offered before leaving the room. Now, Leander and Calista were alone.
"Sit down," he said firmly.
Calista obeyed, sitting quietly.
Leander leaned in, voice low. "Now, would you like to tell me? What made you kick the door?"
"I... I was just angry," Calista said, stepping back a little.
"Really? What made you so angry?"
"A girl called me 'Cat.' That's why."
"'Cat' is a cute nickname. Don't lie," Leander smiled knowingly.
"Fine! I was angry... because of your future wife."
"She's not my future wife," he replied flatly.
"Then why did she call you 'hubby'?"
"She's my ex. She thinks we're still together."
Calista's lips curled into a smirk. "Oh! That freaking witch is your ex?"
"Why are you smiling? Are you happy to know I lied to my ex?"
"Huh..." Calista's eyes widened.
"Kitty," Leander whispered, cupping her face.
Her cheeks turned red.
"It's getting late for class. I have to go!" Calista grabbed her bag and ran out.
Leander chuckled, hiding his face with his hand. "She's shy."

Meanwhile, in the college corridor...
Calista walked toward the cafeteria when someone tapped her shoulder. She flinched and turned around.
"You scared me, Elowen!" she sighed.
"What happened? Why are you sighing?" Elowen asked, worried.
Calista sighed again. "Cassion broke up with me. Or… more like he sold me."
"For 500 million," she added bitterly.
Elowen's eyes widened. "What? He sold you?"
"Yes. To that bastard, Leander."
Elowen clenched her fists. "They're treating you like a thing. That's not fair!"
"It's okay. I'm okay. And honestly, I'm happy. That jerk is out of my life now."
"Then you better throw a party for your freedom!" Elowen grinned and grabbed her hand.
"Don't drag me! I can walk," Calista said, trying to pull away.
Suddenly, her phone rang.
