Although the ponchos and the umbrella helped, sparing them from getting completely soaked (or, well, at least Elias and Ollie, since it was already too late for Axel), they still had no chance to completely win against the downpour. The wind blew against them as they walked to the exit, pushing the raindrops in their direction, and causing them to slide underneath their hoods and down their collars.
