His confusion made Oliver smile. He unwrapped the plastic bag, took out the pants inside, and wore them while speaking.
"I was killed."
"Killed?"
"Yes."
"But you are alive."
"New body, old me."
"Huh!"
"Well, you see. I can be killed. But I won't die. Do you understand?"
"Does that even make sense?" Grizzly turned around incredulously.
"It does when you have the ability to revive." Oliver didn't hide it from Grizzly anymore.
There was no point in hiding it anyway.
"That's one crazy ability," Grizzly mumbled. "So, you store the blood and arms here to revive if you were killed. That's it. I get it now."
After the initial shock, everything began to fall into place.
"So, did the demons kill you when you tried to prevent the gate from opening?"
"Yes, that's correct. There was a friggin peak B rank or A rank demon monkey with them. Fuck. How did they hide it within the city?" Oliver thought back to the disastrous situation and said.
