~{The Place of Love, restaurant, Metro City}~
"The place of love?" Joy scoffed as she read the cursive but bold writing at the top of the restaurant.
"Are they serious? A place of love?" She repeated in disbelief.
"Don't be like that, Joy. Who knows, you could actually find your future husband here," I said and she went mute.
People were trooping in and I instantly took her hand and dragged her in before it got filled up.
However, the moment we got in, it felt like I was suddenly transported back in time. The setting was on another level like it was a ball instead of a restaurant.
"What?" Joy and I both said out loud in awe.
And as if that was not enough, it was very spacious and there were more tables which were yet to be occupied.
"Wow. The owner must have really done his research well because this is something else," I said in a daze as I took Joy's hand and walked in.
