Christopher Turner came back early, much faster than Alice Turner had expected. She thought her dad would come back early, but she didn't expect it to be two whole hours ahead of schedule.
"When did you get here?"
Seeing Alice Turner open the door for him, Christopher felt a bit surprised, but at the same time, he was delighted.
He came back at just the right time, so now he doesn't have to wait until noon.
"I just got here not long ago."
Alice Turner stepped aside to let the person at the door come in.
Christopher took a glance at his daughter and strode into the house. Once inside, he instinctively looked towards the living room, "Is your mom not at home?"
"My mom is in the living room."
Alice Turner closed the door and followed Christopher back to the living room.
Seeing Christopher return, Sophia Wood was quite surprised, "Why are you back?"
He usually doesn't come home at noon, so this was unusual. She felt there must be something she didn't know.
