Lily Turner didn't go back to the ward but stood at the door waiting, so she could ask Easton Holmes for the phone after he finished the call.
But he just glanced at the phone and didn't seem to intend to answer it, which made her frown in confusion, "Why aren't you answering the phone?"
She wanted to move closer to see who was calling, but before she could get near, he moved his hand holding the phone to the side.
"You need to step back for this call."
After saying that, Easton turned to look at Thomas Fisher, who was watching the scene, "Why don't you accompany your sister-in-law inside for a chat? I need to take a call."
While speaking, he gave a signal with his eyes to his good buddy.
Seeing the look from Easton, Thomas understood and walked over briskly, "Sister-in-law! I'll accompany you inside for a chat. If you want to call your sister, you can use my phone."
He had been standing by the side earlier, paying close attention to what was happening.
