In the morning, Violet's fever had completely subsided.
Thanks to timely medication, Daxton was also almost recovered.
The couple did a simple wash-up and carried Robert Lancaster into the elder's room to pay respects to the older generation for New Year.
Sick, the couple got up late, and by the time they arrived at the elder's room, almost all members of the Lancaster family were present.
"Daxton, why did you and Violet come so late? It's the first day of the New Year, how can you be lazy?"
Lorelei was displeased and blamed.
Daxton sat Violet on a single sofa, and also perched on the armrest, smilingly, "Mom, Violet's not feeling well, didn't you see that yesterday!"
At this mention, Lorelei suddenly exclaimed, "Right, after the fifth day, take Violet to the hospital for a check-up, see if she's expecting again!"
"Mom, that's too soon; Violet caught a cold but she's recovered after taking medicine." Daxton caressed Robert's cheek, showing slight helplessness.
