Titus Zane cried sorrowfully and was persuaded by Abigail Zimmerman to return to her room, with Nathan Moore accompanying her, wrapping his arms around her as they ascended the stairs.
Watching the two figures disappear around the corner, Alder Locke stood up and sat on the sofa opposite Samuel Zane, casually flipping through a small notebook he had grabbed.
