"It's a pretty neat skill," Rael remarked with a smile. "I thought it would be higher ranked, though."
Kareth raised a brow. "It's Divine ranked. What's so low about it?"
"Well, Divine is only the first rarity in the Cosmic Tier. It's like a common rarity but for gods," Rael replied with a hum. "Not saying that it's bad, though. I can see the uses here."
Although slightly angered, Kareth decided to hold back. Instead, he gave Rael a quick lesson.
"Like all skills, this shouldn't be too difficult to wield... You're in your dragon form still, so use the Dragon Force to shape the skill that would let you take control of people."
Rael wasn't exactly shaping the skill, but he understood what Kareth had in mind regardless. Therefore, with a single thought, he focused on the skill Marionette Dominion.
It was basically Synaptic Hijack, but nearly 10 ranks higher.
When he focused that particular skill inside his heart and dissolved it, Rael felt a wave of power wash over him.
