Adam straightened up and pressed the button on the P.A. system. His voice cut through the sterile silence of the corporate building. "Melanie, Kylie, Blair, Jeremy, Kyle. Report to the conference room immediately."
In the penthouse office, Melanie's eyes lit up like a predator spotting fresh prey. A twisted smile curled on her lips. "Adam's voice. Finally. I've been waiting for this moment." She stood and stretched languidly. "I'll make sure to give him a visit. He'll love that."
