BANG!
Skadi swung her war hammer, smashing one of the enemy's teeth. Without getting entangled with them, she swam past their formation.
Her eyes landed on a massive circular disk. On its surface, a great serpent twisted into the symbol of Mora.
As soon as she approached, a wave of magical energy surged out, sucking Skadi into it.
She was transported to a pitch-black space.
"Father, I've come to save you," Skadi said, kneeling down before a dark void.
From the shadows, a hunched figure with a gaunt face slowly stepped forward.
"Yes… my daughter… I'm glad you've come. I shall return to the throne of the gods once more!"
Asgard
On his bed, Odin opened his eyes.
"Jörmungandr, your timing couldn't be worse," he muttered.
Beside him, Frigga also stirred, frowning.
"The God of Fear has returned. We need to stop him."
"Don't worry. The All-Father is still on Earth. Nothing will happen," Odin replied, pushing Frigga back onto the bed.
They resumed their intimate moment.
Three children.
One wanted to kill him all the time.
One only cared about fighting and constantly searching for Loki.
One was sulking somewhere and refused to return.
He had no choice but to train a "new account." Even if the throne of Asgard was lost, someone had to inherit the family legacy.
7:00 AM
In his massive bed, Kino slowly opened his blurry eyes and noticed glowing runes floating in front of him.
"That old fool Odin... Does he not know what time it is?" he grumbled.
After watching last night's performance, the women at home had been overly excited. He had been "busy" all night.
"Young master, what's wrong?" asked Xi, lying on top of Kino as she opened her eyes.
"Nothing. Go back to sleep," Kino said gently, caressing her smooth back.
Xi yawned and drifted off again.
???
After receiving the message from the runes, Kino's mouth twitched.
That old man Odin had dumped so many things on Earth over the years—Space Stone, Mjolnir, Thor, Hela, even his brother.
Kino drew two runes in the air, then went back to sleep.
Odin, meanwhile, was busy and got startled by Kino's sudden voice echoing in his head.
"Odin! Do you have any idea what time it is? I'm sleeping! Next time, keep track of Earth's timezone! Also, this is your family drama. Any damages caused by the serpent are your responsibility to pay back in full!"
"…"
Elsewhere
Training Room – Demon Group HQ
A vast chamber filled with golden sand and debris from alien warships.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Ten red bullets shot toward Erik.
With a mere flick of his hand, metal plates rose from the sandy floor and blocked the super-electromagnetic projectiles. But the massive impact sent sand flying, obscuring Erik's vision.
The attacker was Lorna.
She wore a green suit with white patterns and carried a large cross-body bag.
Behind her floated ten miniature electromagnetic guns.
The bullets were made of carbon nanotubes coated in a thin metal layer. Upon firing, the coating would instantly melt. The benefit? Magnetic interference was minimized, and power was only 13% weaker than regular bullets. The downside? Reduced range.
As the dust kicked up, Lorna repositioned herself.
Two of her floating guns instantly disassembled, the components forming an instrument that burrowed into the sand.
Erik quickly pinpointed her new location.
With a lift of his hands, the surrounding air turned heavy. A magnetic force burst out from him, sweeping in every direction.
The metallic debris hidden beneath the sand surged into the air, pulled by an invisible force. They quickly gathered above, spinning into sharp metallic blades.
The blades, under Erik's command, rotated rapidly and hurtled toward Lorna, whistling through the air with deadly precision.
The sand they passed was shredded into deep grooves.
Lorna raised her hand, forming a magnetic shield. The incoming blades halted midair, suspended and harmless.
Then, they began to dismantle and reorganize. Within moments, they reassembled into brand-new electromagnetic guns. The bullets from her bag auto-loaded.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
A storm of crimson bullets tore through the air, raining down on Erik.
Only when her entire magazine was emptied did Lorna stop.
As the dust cleared, a metallic triangular pillar stood in front of Magneto. The sandy ground was riddled with holes, but every bullet had been deflected.
Erik's eyes revealed a hint of pride.
The metal before him split into fragments again. Nearby alien wreckage was drawn in as well, and together they formed a massive metallic storm between him and Lorna.
Lorna disassembled all her electromagnetic guns, transforming them into a single, massive electromagnetic pulse cannon.
Gripping the cannon tightly, she channeled her immense magnetic power into it.
A blinding white beam burst forth from the barrel, slicing through the metal storm, heading straight for Erik.
Erik's expression didn't change. He summoned a magnetic field shield, a glowing white dome that enveloped his entire body.
As the pulse collided with the shield, the energy dispersed, but the shockwave was so powerful that the sand below crystallized into transparent glass.
Then—Pop!
A device hidden in the sand beneath Erik's feet activated. A strange energy field spread out in a 3-meter radius.
Erik's face changed.
His magnetic field vanished instantly.
Anti-Magnetic Device.
It emitted an energy field that counteracted magnetic forces, disrupting Magneto's control over metal.
Seizing the opportunity, Lorna gathered nearby metallic fragments and formed a five-meter-tall metal cube.
With a powerful swing of her hands, the cube launched into the air and came crashing down on Magneto.
Boom!
The metal box slammed into the ground, embedding itself in the sand. It then reshaped itself into a three-meter-high prison, locking Erik inside.
Moments later, the box began to tremble violently—Erik was trying to break out.
Lorna disassembled the electromagnetic pulse cannon again. Its parts flew into the air and formed anti-magnetic devices.
Six of them surrounded the black coffin-like structure.
The metal box immediately calmed down.
A low, resigned voice echoed from inside.
"Lorna... I really lost this time. Let me out, please."

Lore Recap: [Fear Incarnate] Arc
The mark of the Fear Power is the Great Serpent Jörmungandr, resurrected by the daughter of the Red Skull. Once awakened, Jörmungandr sent divine hammers across the world. Anyone who lifted them became his thralls, spreading terror in his name.
Odin knew of a prophecy: Thor would kill Jörmungandr, but in doing so, Thor himself would die. In an effort to save his son, Odin returned to Asgard with the gods and locked Thor away to prevent him from going to Earth. Earth was treated as a prison.
Eventually, Loki secretly freed Thor and helped him return to Earth. Seeing this, Odin reluctantly allowed the prophecy to unfold and returned Mjölnir to Thor.
Thor joined the Avengers in a final battle against Jörmungandr. Captain America's shield was shattered. Bucky was killed. Thor slew the Serpent but also perished.
