Later that evening, Fu Ling met his roommates. One of which was the burly man who he found out was called Jiang Ye. The other two were Jin Yin and Mo Xuan respectively.
They quickly settled in for the night and the next morning, Fu Ling was woken up by the sounds of movement on the ship. It would be impossible to sleep in given the noise so he cleaned up lightly and went up.
Everyone was doing one thing or the other and contrary to their earlier words, Fu Ling wasn't assigned any tasks so he could only stand there and look handsome.
This continued for several days on end and everyone slowly got used to Fu Ling's presence. He wasn't fully integrated with the crew but he wasn't excluded either.
After the first day, Fu Ling never saw Li Xin again. If they weren't on a ship in the middle of the sea, Fu Ling would have thought he ran away.
