The survivors were once again all squished together in one barrack as Sir Gunnar went over what their plans were.
"This morning is likely going to be reasonably warm," the knight began. "With this, we will take advantage of the monster's hatred of heat and gather supplies as we need. We will focus on the kitchen and look for survivors as we go on. Based on what the remaining squires and apprentices have said, we shouldn't go into higher levels for the time being. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes, sir" was the immediate response.
However, Gunnar's greyish eyes landed on Felix, the one who had threatened multiple times in the night to storm the Duke's Tower in search of Agnes. He was no longer being subtle about who she was to him.
