At the same time; across Yami's large breasts, Skylar stretched his hand and picked a red bottle of juice. He attracted Yami's attention and as he was about to open the bottle with his other hand wrapped around her, she leaned on his chest snugly.
"Sky."
"Mmm." Skylar answered her quiet call.
She continued, "About the trapping of players, I forgot to add, its two ways..."
"Ohh?" Skylar eyes widened a bit.
"Yes..." Yami responded, sitting up on his lap. "The first one is, a player getting trapped inside the simulation—its the one I described—is where the green light on the sim-pod actually turn black... its the rare case."
"And for the second one, the one where the light turn red... it is when a person has been ejected from the simulation in an emergency— it's usually because of serious damage."
"So instead of being trapped in the simulation, the person is trapped in a coma inside the sim-pod... its like they are recovering..."
"You are saying, damage in the simulation matters?" Skylar frowned a bit.
"Of course." Yami replied matter-of-factly. "The magnitude of damage or its type determines how much time is added to our cooldown time after starfalling, don't you know?"
"And its the same for the case of serious damage that get people trapped in the sim-pod, unconscious... its duration also depends on the degree or kind of damage they received." Yami returned to resting on his chest snugly.
She continued in a subdued voice. "So be careful when you get into fights, especially with experts on the same level as you... some have mastered malicious skills that can get someone trapped in the sim-pod for a really very long time, especially those in the south. You will soon meet them..."
Skylar with a smile on his face continues to pet Yami on her shoulder and upperarm while thinking of strikes in his arsenal that can cause fatal damage like Yami just explained, and similarly how he can defend against similar strikes.
After about a half minute, Yami sit up again.
"Sky, I also forgot to tell you about starfalling in black zones. You know the black zones? The place you came from?" Yami looked into Skylar's eyes. And to her question, Skylar looked at her suspiciously; he gave her the side eye while not answering.
"What?" Yami requested, looking confused by his gesture and silence.
Skylar scoffed, "How do you know I came from the black zone?"
"You have mentioned it before—maybe you forgot." Yami looked away from him and giggled. "It may also be you told someone, and they told me. I am really not a freak that knows everything... Hee-hee-hee..."
"I guess so." Skylar accepted her explanation. "So?"
"Yes." Yami returned to explaining. "If someone were to starfall in a black zone, they will lose their physical vessel—thier body in the simulation..."
"I know." Skylar interjected. "Physical vessel is the physical body."
"Yes." Smiling, Yami nodded. "They will lose it and will have to pay to get a new one. And after that, they will have to start all over with their constitution stats, you know the physical body growth is the constitution stat?"
"Mmm-hmm... I know that." Skylar replied. "Physical vessel progress is constitution stat, spirit progress is spirit stat, and mind progress is perception stat..."
"Hee-hee-hee..." Yami giggled, looking like she is surprised by his reply. "What about intelligence?" She added. However, Skylar leaned from the chair backrest alongside her, instead of replying. Then he picked the glyph tablet and handed it to her.
"I want to sleep a bit Yami, let's do what we come here to do..." He wrapped his hand around her waist, helping her sit upright on his lap. Then Yami yielding with the glyph tablet in her hand smiled mischievously as she glanced at back at him.
"You were busy with Hana the whole night, right?" She sounded mischievous and questioning. However, Skylar only responded by pointing at the tablet in a manner like he is telling her to get down to business, which Yami reacted to with a pout, after which she starts clicking the glyph tablet surface diligently and purposefully.
Few seconds pass, then done with her business on the tablet, Yami passed him the glyph tablet.
"Here... They are the things you need to know if we are going to make the faction official."
"Okay." Skylar collected the tablet from her and focused on the content on its display, scrolling as he carefully read them.

Hmm, interesting... Skylar nodded faintly.
"Here." He passed the tablet back to Yami.
"Are you okay with it?" Yami requested, looking into Skylar's thoughtful eyes as she collected the tablet from him.
"First, Let's start from the creation token. Which grade did you buy?"
Skylar looked at Yami.
Yami smiled at him and answered matter-of-factly: "The best of course."
Smiling brightly, Skylar nodded immediately agreement, obviously satisfied by her response.
He continued, "The token is that thing you made me sign at the time?"
"Hee-hee-hee. You signed a hundred percentage; you own everything. I did well right?"
Yami dived into Skylar's chest and returned back to giggling like she always does —her manner like a retarded innocent girl that is helplessly in love.
Reciprocating, Skylar hugged her closer. "Well, it doesn't really matter, but anyways... Will you be the rep?"
"No, I can't." Responding, Yami tilted up her head buried in Skylar's chest and locked eyes with him. "I have been banned from the tower and it will take a while before my ban is lifted... You have to choose someone else."
Amused by her reply, Skylar smiled as he playfully pinched her full, fleshy cheeks, responding: "If Ila is interested, she will be the rep."
"She would actually want to be, and she will do a great job too." Yami responded. "She is our rep for a reason. We were once ahead of everyone at one point. She knows everything any faction leader needs to know... She is the best anyone can find."
"You will choose her right?" Yami suddenly sounded urgent and panicked as her face close in on Skylar's face by wriggling her way in his gentle hold. And Slylar seeing this Paused suddenly.
She's got slight issues too...
While she awaits a response with her mysterious black eyes widened and unblinking as they hold his mysterious, green ones; Skylar amused by her actions, smiled warmly at her, and like he was entranced and being pulled, he leaned closer and took her lips with his—engaging her in a deep and wet passionate kiss that shocked even him, and it is why he suddenly pulled back as his conscious awareness registered his subconscious action.
That was crazy...
Although confused by his own impulsive action, Skylar licked his wet lips and as he returned her gaze to her playfully smiling face—locking eyes with her's that obviously holds mischief, he carried on:
"I will choose Ila definitely as long as she agrees. I'm actually going to practically hand over everything to her; the only thing I will be doing is make the important calls, anything else... she will be the one making the decisions, or even you or someone else... depending..."
Seconds passed. Skylar glanced at Yami's face, catching sight of her juicy lips that is still wet, then he broke the brief silence:
"So, what about the land documents?"
Yami before responding licked her wet lips. She answered, "I suggest we use here, Ila wouldn't mind... What do you think?"
"Its okay." Nodding his head in approval, Skylar smiled. "But I am talking about the territory requirement... how much land are we given access to? How big of a land can a faction own? You know what I mean?"
"I get it." Yami responded and sat upright.
She picked the tablet and continued, "This is how owning a land in the safe zones actually works. Actually we don't own land but rent them on a yearly basis from the tower. Every year, we pay them a rent, and their rent actually inflates every year..."
"You mean, there are no one-time payment rent at all?" Skylar sounded surprised.
"Yes." Yami replied. "We pay every year to keep the land, and the payment will certainly increase every year due to inflation."
"And when land is being purchased by a player or a player faction, the rent is always bigger than if its related to a user—the tower is especially hard on us players... You know that?"
"Yes, I had a similar discussion recently. So how do we own land?" Skylar adjusted how he sits_he leaned his back a little from the back rest and shift his rear backwards as much, and this caused Yami who is sitting on his laps to reposition her large butts as she snuggle upright on his chest.
Resuming, She gently pushed away the right front edge of his cloak, revealing his sculpted chest muscle, and she starts tracing her hand over it, gently and absentmindedly. "The first thing we need to do is inquire if a land is for sale from the tower, we do this by telling them the four corner coordinates of the land... every where in the simulation has coordinates, you know that?"
"Mm-mm Kind of." Skylar nodded faintly. "I saw something similar on my updated map."
Yami paused briefly at Skylar's word, staring at his face, then she smiled like she realized something.
Keeping what she realized to herself, she continued, "After that, the next thing we do... what the tower say we do is submit a development plan of the land; technically they are asking us what we want to build on the land."
"So, we will send that to them, and after they review it... if they are satisfied with it, they will confirm its price; they would have already named a price when we inquire about the land—actually its inflation they correct for; the price of everything in the tower goes up each day, you know there will be time between when we inquire and when we return with a plan?"
"Mm-mm" Skylar nodded faintly.
She continued, "So, we will pay them after they confirm its price, and they will transfer its documents and right to us. Don't forget the first payment is for a year; in the successive years, we will have to pay an amount that account for inflation to renew our ownership yearly."
