"Come, I want to introduce you to Mr. Everests," Zachary Johnson urged Myra and Shelly to step forward.
In that moment, Myra felt like her legs were filled with lead. She was reluctant to move even an inch. Shelly muttered, "What are you waiting for? Prof. Johnson is calling for us."
With no choice left, Myra came forward as she walked out from behind Fabian. She stood straight, beside Zachary, trying to look confident, but she instinctively avoided Alaric's eyes. She knew he had been watching her every move closely; she could feel it, and that made her more uncomfortable.
With pride in his voice and a flashy glint in his eyes, Prof. Johnson started, "This is one of the hardest working, most disciplined and assiduous students of Red Stone School of Business and Finance. She is currently at the top of her class, excelling in all her subjects. She is exemplary, passionate and a star student, Ms. Myra Miracle."
