Faith's POV
Today is a very confusing day. Everyone was busy, sending things to Felix's room, handing me a mask I'm apparently supposed to wear later tonight.
This is so freaking weird. Ever since I woke up, the whole house has been in chaos—people moving up and down, doing god-knows-what.
Everyone had something to do. Everyone except me.
And here I am, just standing around, my mind telling me to chill and watch these motherfuckers work like I am the queen of confusion.
I felt weird. Weirder than yesterday. Yesterday I felt kind of sad, especially after Felix left. I started crying.
I swear I wasn't even trying to. It was like... someone else was crying and then I cried too.
Weird. So freaking weird.
Felix's aunt was acting freakier than usual, like she was planning something big for tonight.
It definitely looked like some important festival was about to go down.
Not that I cared. It's just that I wanted to work tonight.
