Leon spent a few minutes doing nothing but trying to set up the PC in an empty room, he had bought a graphics pen and tablet as well since after considering it, while he was confident that the storyline he had come up with was interesting,
Comics format was probably the best considering his ability, if done right, the subliminal effects generated would make the book way more popular and profitable for him,
About an hour later, he was sitting on a chair with a pen in hand as his hands moved across the digital canvas as a scene slowly formed before him.
"Its more subtle than expected" Leon noted as he continued to draw.
Due to the change in medium, he had expected the usual subliminal effect to reduce in power, but this was not expected. It did reduce after all the medium this time around was vastly different
The effect was there but reduced, it didn't feel as powerful. If the others were dragons or Tigers in a cage, this was a cheetah… an overgrown housecat.
Shrugging it off, Leon continued drawing after all even he was becoming interested in the story.
About an hour later, an entire issue was done with minimal mistakes no matter how he proofreads it; however, he couldn't be sure about that after all he had no experience as a proofreader.
Turning his attention to other things, Leon turned to the books he had bought and immediately began to bulldoze through them. A single glance was more than enough to retain all the information on a page.
His mind somehow processed all that information in the time it took him to turn over to the next page, which meant that no matter how big a book was, it took him roughly a minute to not only read all its contents but also completely understand it all.
Dropping the massive book on biology he had purchased, Leon raised his arm to look at the tattoo on his arm, it was invisible, but he could still feel its existence there after all
"Seems that this may be all I need after all" Leon thought as he picked up another book.
His memories of his old life may be fading but not all of it was gone and there were a few important things he could remember, such as the fact that in both lives, he didn't exactly receive proper education, The orphanage did offer some education but it all ends at high school and even then it was a bit underfunded so you couldn't exactly call it quality education.
It was enough though to form the basics, after all in life, one only needs to know how to communicate in the language and how to count to survive... any extra knowledge was welcome but we do not really need for basic survival.
With that thought in mind, Leon picked up and dropped several books in the matter of mere minutes as his mind cataloged and worked to understand each one.
It was a strange experience, almost as though his mind wasn't his own but at the same time, he was directing it just as he would normally do.
Looking at the pile before him, Leon had to admit that he had wasted money for nothing, if he had known that his reading speed was much faster than before then he would have simply spent his time there reading.
He would have been done in no more than an hour, turning his attention back to the system before him, he decided that the next best option was to simply learn from the internet though from what he had seen was terrible.
He couldn't exactly pinpoint where or what made It bad because his memories weren't exactly as good as they used to be but he just knew that it could be better.
Turning his focus back to his system, Leon immediately began to work again, dedicating his time to acquire as much knowledge as he could.
…
Weeks passed as Leon got used to his new enhancement, turning out becoming a quantum intellect meant a lot of things that should be impossible for a normal person.
Apart from the absurd intellect and thought process, he found a lot of changes to his whole body as well,
Turns out such intelligence always came with a body that matched it…. He had experienced a reduced need for eating or sleeping
Essentially, as long as he ate in the morning, he didn't need to worry for the rest of the day… it was a weird thing to thing about though did find out that eating after that added nor removed nothing.
